 CASE   OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 71/14 dated 28/09/14  U/S  279, 337  IPC has been  registered  in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar on   the complaint of  Sh. Surinder Kumar  at  present  Drive  HRTC   Bus  Depot Sundernagar that  on 28/09/14  one  Motor Cycle (HP33C-8439 )  collided with  his bus  which  was parked by him at  Naulakha and rider of the    said  Motor Cycle sustained injuries.  HC  Ravinder Singh  No. 863 I.O. of P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

2          Case FIR No. 300/14  dated 28/09/14  U/S  341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Smt. Prabhi Devi  W/O Sh. Mahantu Ram  R/O  Sikandradhar PO Leda Tehsil   Balh Distt.  Mandi (HP)  that  on 28/09/14  Geeta Devi,  Purva Devi &  Satya Devi  obstructed her way and beat her up and  she sustained injuries.  ASI  Chiranji Lal  I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF   PUBLIC SAFETY

 

 3         Case FIR No.301/14 dated 29/09/14  U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  ASI Chranji Lal  I/C of PP Rewalsar that on 29/09/14   he was on patrolling alongwith other police  officials at  Rewalsar  and  during the course of patrolling he found that   a heap of  stones  laid  by  Man  Singh  S/O Sh.  Lekh  Ram  R/O  Galma Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) on the road  which was causing  obstruction to the  general public  as well as  traffic.  ASI  Chranji  Lal  I/C of  PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

  CASE OF NDPS ACT

4          Case  FIR No. 165/14 dated 29/09/14  U/S 20 of NDPS Act &  U/S  24 of COTPA  Act  has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by  ASI  Sat Pal  I.O. of P.S. Joginderngar that  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at  Majharnu and during the course of patrolling he recovered  1Kg 350 Grams tobacco &  29  Grams Charas  from the possession of  Vinay  Kumar  S/O Sh.  Lal  Singh  R/O  Kathla PO  Dul  Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI  Sat Pal I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

5          Case FIR No. 164/14 dated  28/09/14  U/S  20 of NDPS  Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  by  SI  Rajesh Kumar (Prob)  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that  he was on patrolling  alongwith  other police officials at  Jogindernagar and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  48 Grams Charas from the possession of  Balbir S/O  Late. Sh. Budhi Singh  R/O  Ward No. 5 Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI  Rajesh  Kumar  (Prob)  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is  investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

6             158 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 23,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 9challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered  and  1 challan  was  issued  under  Mining  Act during last 24 hours.
