CRIME REPORT ON 30 SEP

ANNUAL FIRING PRACTICE

  1. To upgrade the skills and capacity of Mandi Police force, annual firing practice is being done w.e.f. 24/09/2014 to 29/09/2014. Which was started on 24/09/2014 by Sh. Mohit Chawla, IPS, W/S.P. Mandi  at Pandoh firing range. All gazzetted officer of district Mandi has done the firing whereas 50% police personnel of this district has also done the said firing practice successfully. Remaining police personnel of this district will be attended the same in 2nd phase which is to be conducted very shortly.

CASE OF  CHEATING AND FORGERY

  1. Case FIR No. 216/14 dated 29/09/14  U/S 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) IPC has been registered in P.S.   Sadar on the complaint of Sh.  Arvind Pal  Singh  House No. 45 Ward No. 11  Ram Nagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  during the year  2005  Bank Manager S.S. Heer, G.M.  Rajbir Singh, Satish  Chaudhary & Param Dev Verma made the     document fraudulently   on his name by   doing  his  fake  signature .  SI  Chet  Singh  I/C of PP City is investigating  the case.

CASE OF MISCHIEF

  1. Case FIR No. 166/14 dated 29/09/14  U/S 436  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  on the complaint of  Sh.  Pawan Rathaour S/O Sh.  Pratap Singh  R/O Sangnehar PO  Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that   some unknown persons  set  the building of  School (  Sarswati  Vidya  Mandir  Sukhabag)  near  Chountra on fire .  HC  Rajesh Kumar  No. 907 I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case. 

CASE  OF  ROAD ACCIDENT   AND DEATH DUE TO  NEGLIGENT  ACT

  1. Case FIR No. 167/14 dated 30/09/14  U/S  279, 304(A) IPC  & 187 MV Act  has  been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  on the  complaint  of  Sh. Kesher Singh  S/O Sh.  Late. Sh.  Shyam Singh  R/O  Chalaharag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that   on 30/09/14  he  found that Hari Singh  S/O  Late. Sh.  Balam  Ram  resident of same locality  laying  dead on the road and he suspect that  unknown Vehicle hit  Hari  Singh .  HC Mangat Ram  No. 898  I.O. of PP Bassi is investigating  the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

  1. Case FIR No. 302/14 dated 29/09/14  U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered inP.S.  Balh by  HC Nand Lal  No. 37  I.O. of P.S. Balh  that  on  29/09/14  he  laid a nakka  alongwith  other police officials  aty  Nagchalla and during the course of  nakkabandi  he recovered  400 Grams Charas  from the possession of  Harinarayan Parashar S/O Sh.  Om Parkash R/O  23/12  Jogia Ka  Mohalla Pushkar  Ajmer  Rajasthan.  HC Nand Lal  No. 37  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

CASE  UNDER  WILD LIFE ACT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

  1. Case FIR No. 227/14 dated 30/09/14  U/S  429, 506 IPC  &  51 of Wild  Life  Act  1972  has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Parma Ram  S/O Late. Sh.  Gayanu  Ram  R/O  Chhatter P.O. Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 30/09/14  he went  to their  field  and found that  six persons were laying the net for catching  the  wild  birds  and he  also  found that  twelve  birds  were killed by them   and  two were alive  and  when he asked  them  to release the alive birds then  they  threatened  him dire consequences.  SI Surender Kumar  (Prob)  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

  1. Case FIR No. 226/14 dated 29/09/14  U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered  in P.S. Sundernagar  by  HC  Tek Chand  No. 902  I.O. of PP Slapper that  on  a telephonic information  he went on the spot  at  Mid  Way Hotel near NH-21 and found that   one Jeep(HP24B-2454) was   collided  with  Motor Cycle(HP 24A- 5276)  and   Rider of the Motor cycle  along with another  person  who was  boarded  on the said  Motor Cycle sustained injuries.  ASI  Brij Lal  I/C of  PP  Slapper is investigating  the case. CHALLAN

  1. 223challans were issued and fine of Rs. 33,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 29challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 2900/- was recovered   and  1 Challan  was issued  under Ming  Act during last 24 hours.
