CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 297/14 dated 27/09/2014 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Nagru Devi W/O Sh. Kuldeep Singh R/O Vill. Dhangu PO Ratti Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on Dalip Singh, Meena Devi and Hardev Singh obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Nand Lal I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 2 . Case FIR No. 298/14 dated 28/09/14 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Arun Kumar S/O Sh. Chaman Lal R/O Joal PO Sadhot Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/09/14 Lok Raj Sain obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Dharmender Singh No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

3.Case FIR No. 162/14 dated 27/09/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kamlesh Kumar S/O Sh. Bansi Ram R/O Vill. Sandoa PO Dev Bararta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/09/14 he was going along with Sh. Beas Dev by a jeep (HP22-2046), in the mean time a scooter which was ridden by Sumit Pathania S/O Sh. Rajender Pathania R/O Vill. Kamehar PO Chalaharag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) hit his jeep. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O. of P.S. Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES & HURT

4. Case FIR No. 336/14 dated 27/09/14 U/S 498A, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kirna Devi W/O Sh. Prem Chand R/O Vill. Banerdi PO Paihad Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/09/14 her husband beat her up and she sustained injuries. SI Madan Lal Incharge P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 111/14 dated 27/09/14 U/S 27/09/2014 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Lal S/O Sh. Jalam Ram R/O Vill. Nau and Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi that on 26/09/14 Daulat Ram S/O Sh. Dabe Ram R/O R/O Palog PO Panarsa obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Prakam Singh No. 904 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6. Case FIR No. 224/14 dated 28/09/14 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vikas Thakur S/O Sh. Nikku Ram R/O Vill. Dhown Kothi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that today morning he was going to Sundernagar along with his wife by his M/Cycle and when he reached at Kangu, in the mean time a car came from Sundernagar side very rashly and negligently and hit his M/Cycle and they sustained injuries. ASI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case. 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7. Case FIR No. 225/14 dated 28/09/14 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Brij Lal Incharge P.P. Slapper that today Dharam Singh @ Rinku S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Kandar PO Khurahal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) who was driven the car HP24A-2839 and his sister  Smt. Niva W/O Sh. Sunil Kumar R/O Vill. Markanda PO Jukhala Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) were going to Kandar Mandir and on the way three persons namely Ram Lal S/O Sh. Lakashman R/O Vill. Sanihan PO Dhawal Tehsil Sundernagar, Smt. Krishani Devi W/O Sh. Lekh Ram R/O Vill. Malokhar PO Chakoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) and Sh. Lekh Ram S/O Sh. Gambhria Ram R/O Vill. Malokhar PO Chakoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur  took the lift of said car and when they reached nearby temple driver Dharam Singh lost control over it and said ill fated car fell down from the road. Above all occupants of said car sustained severe  injuries and later on they all succumbed to their injures. ASI Brij Lal Incharge P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

8. 130 challans were issued and fine of Rs.17,500 /- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
