CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 152/14 dated 07/09/14 U/S 279,337 IPC & U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Lakhpat Gupta S/O Sh.Amar Nath R/O Vill. House No. Sahabjada Muhalla Pathankot Distt. Gurdaspur (PB) at present tenant of Sh. Tej Mal Thakur near Telephone Exchange Jogindernagar that on 07/09/14 he was on his way by his scooty (HP29A-4033) and when he reached near Bassi link, in the mean time a vehicle (HP29A-4066) came from Machhyal side and hit his scooty, he fell down on the road and sustained injuries. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O of P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 204/14 dated 07/09/14 U/S  341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. City Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Asha Ram S/O  Sh. Ganga Ram R/O  H.  No. 52/4 Suhara Muhalla Tehsil   Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/09/14 his  nephew  Sanjay Kumar  obstruct his way and beat him up.   HC Vijay Kumar No. 405 I/O of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF GAMBLING ACT

3. Case FIR No. 108/14 dated 08/09/14 U/S 13 of Gambling Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Ram Swaroop Incharge P.P. Pangna that on 07/09/14 he recovered Rs.23700/- from the possession of  Bishan Dass, So Krishan, Tameshwar, Keshav Ram who were gambling at Neyhandi Gali ASI Ram Swroop Incharge P.P. Pangna is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 318/14 dated 07/09/14 U/S 342,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkagaht on the complaint of Smt. Bandana Devi W/O Sh. Neelam Thakur R/O Nohan PO Bararta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) her mother-in-law Rekha Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Rakesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5. Case FIR No. 120/14 dated 08/09/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Karam Singh S/O Sh. Devi Chand R/O Vill. Leh PO Kandha Tehsil Thunag  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/09/14 a car A/F came from Leh side very rashly and which was driven by Naresh Kumar and rolled down in a nullah about 50 mtrs downwards and two occupants of said car sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

6. Case FIR No. 282/14 dated 08/09/14 U/S 451,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Paras Ram R/O VPO Balt Tehsil Balh Distt.Mandi (HP) that on 07/08/14 at about 9 PM  Hem Raj S/O Sh. Ram Lal and Goverdhan S/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O VPO Balt entered in his courtyard and beat him up. SI Sandeep Shamra I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

ARREST OF PROCLAIMED OFFENDER

7. Today a team of PO Hunt Cell Mandi headed by HC Ashok Kumar No. 878 succeeded to nab an accused person namely Mahender Pal S/O Sh. Kuram Dev R/O Vill. Pakhari PO Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) from New Delhi who was wanted in case FIR No. 52/2005 dated 19/05/2005 U/S 341,365,323,506,34 IPC of P.S. Aut. He was declared proclaimed offender on 15/05/2013 by the Ld. Court of JMIC Gohar who is being produced before the Ld. Court.

8. 215 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.  22,700/-    and 15 challans  made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 1600/-.
