CASE UNDER PROTECTION OF CIVIL RIGHTS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 85/14 dated 26/09/14 U/S 7 ( C) of Protection to Civil Right Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Gian Chand S/O Sh. Pousu Ram R/O Vill. Lot PO Kamand Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Headmaster of Govt. Middle School Neri-Chahal "Bhuhan Kant" is differentiate  between  students belongs from general category and Sc/ST category during the course of distribution of midday meal. ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 221/14 dated 26/09/14 U/S 451,323, 504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sant Ram S/O Sh. Devi Ram R/O Vill. Khurahal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/09/14 his son Amar Singh entered in his room and beat him up. ASI Brij Lal Incharge P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 222/14 dated 27/09/14 U/S 341,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kuldeep Singh R/O Vill. Pungh PO and Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/09/14 Harnam Singh obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Tek Chand No. 3 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 223/14 dated 27/09/14 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Sethi S/O Late Sh. Shishu Pal Sethi R/O H. NO. 31/04 Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today a M/Cycle hit a girl and she sustained injuries. HC Khem Chand No. 47 I.O. of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR NO. 296/14 dated 27/09/14 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Devi Ram R/O VPO Leda Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Chhanga Ram R/O Vill. Sarua obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S Balh is investigating the case.

6.       148 challans were issued and fine of Rs.24,400 /- was recovered under M.V. Act and 18 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1800/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
