CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 67/14 dated 16/09/14 U/S 341, 323, 506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bhim Dev S/O Sh. Hari Ram R/O Bhangot PO Sadhyani Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) at present Quarter No. 5-II/987 BBMB Colony Sundernagar that on 16/09/14 Pandu Ram came alongwith his friend, obstructed his way and beat him and he sustained injuries. HC Ram Lal No. 43 I.O. of BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No. 329/14 dated 16/09/14 U/S 39 of H P Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Bidhi Chand I/C of PP Sandhole that he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Sandhole and during the checking of Car( HP28-7724) he recovered 60 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Minka Ram R/O Sandhole Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Bidhi Chand I/C of P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.
CASE OF UNNATURAL DEATH
On 16/09/14 a telephonic information received in P.S. Aut that a dead body is lying near Tuni Pipal Nullah. On this a police team visited the spot and found that a dead body of male person was lying on the spot. On the basis of evidences collected from the spot he was identified as Tej Ram S/O Sh. Shetu Ram R/o Khalwan PO Thach Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) who was wanted in Case FIR No. 106/14 dated 6/09/14 U/S 302, 30t, 506 IPC of P.S. Aut and weapon used for committing the offence was also recovered from nearby the dead body of the deceased. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out at Zonal Hospital Mandi and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. was carried out.
CHALLAN
3 141 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 22,200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 17challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
