POLICE DEPARTMENT MANDI DISTRICT (HP)
1. Case FIR No. 53/14 dated 02/02/14 U/S 451,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O VPO Taroh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/02/14 Balak Ram entered in his courtyard and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S.Balh is investigating the case.
2. Case FIR No 27/14 Dated 02/02/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in PS Sarkaghat by ASI Naseeb Singh Incharge P.P. Dharampur that he was on patrolling alogwith other police officials at Rakhera and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of English wine and 96 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Hem Singh S/O Sh Jaunki Ram R/O Village Rakhera PO Baroti Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP). ASI Naseeb Singh incharge police post Dharampur is investigating the case.
3. Case FIR No 28/14 dated 02/02/14 U/S 41,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Amari Devi W/O Sh Hari Ram R/O Village Sadwal PO Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that on 02/02/14 at about 2.45 PM Tek Chand, Mohan Lal, Lai Karan and Dev Dutt obstructed her way and beat her up. ASI Thakur Dass I.O. of P.P Hattli is investigating the case.
4. Case FIR No 29/14 dated 02/02/14 U/S 452,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh Sher Singh R/O village Jheer PO Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that on 02/02/14 at about 7 PM Chaudhary Ram R/O Jheer entered in his house and beaten him up along with his wife. ASI Desh Raj I.O. PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
5. 45 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 8500/- and 1 challan made under COTPA & fined Rs. 100/- .
