POLICE DEPARTMENT                           MANDI DISTRICT (HP)

1. Case FIR No. 51/14 dated 01/02/14 U/S  67(A) of  I.T. Act has been registered  in P.S. Balh on the complaint of a girl resident of Village Sounth PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar District Mandi that some unknown persons posted her pictures with obscene comments on the facebook. Inspr. Madan Dhiman SHO P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

    

2. Case FIR No. 52/14 dated 02/02/14 U/S  457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Anita Sharma W/O Sh. Virender Sharma R/O VPO Nerchowk Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening nights of 01-02/02/14 some unknown culprits broke the locks of her shop and stole away 120 mobile phones of different makes from their shop. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

    

3.  Case FIR No. 12/14 dated 01/02/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt Jeevna Kumari W/O Sh. Tiver Prakash R/O Vill Sharai PO Mangolour Sub Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu (HP) at present TGT in Shonour Valley Model School Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/02/14 she was going by school van (HP66-1938) to school along with 13 school children and when said school van reached at Nalon one boy namely Tabays dropped down from said van and he admitted to PHC Balichowki Distt.  Mandi (HP). ASI Subhash Chand Incharge P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

    

4. 149 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.  21,100/-    and 5 challans  made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 500/- .
