1. Case FIR No. 15/14 dated 11/02/14 U/S 20 NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI (Prob.) Nirmal Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar that on 11/02/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials near Pandar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 300 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of   Krishan Lal S/O Sh. Brij Lal   R/O village Kathed  PO Paresi  Sub. Tehsil Nihri Distt Mandi  (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI (Prob.) Nirmal Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar.

2. Case FIR No. 16/14 dated 11/02/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Pandar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 215 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of   Dalip Singh  S/O Sh. Hari Ram  R/O village Janol  PO & Sub. Tehsil Nihri Distt Mandi  (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar.

 

3. Case FIR No. 13/14 dated 11/02/14 U/S 451,323,504 IPC  has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Om Parkesh S/O Sh. Damodar Dass R/o Village Sathkan PO Tehsil  Chachiot Distt Mandi (HP)  that on 11/02/14  Shashi Kant  S/O Sh. Parkesh Chand VPO Kot Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt  Bilaspur (HP)  entered in the courtyard of his father-in-law’s courtyard and beat him up.  HC Birbal Singh No 72 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case

4. Case FIR No.14/14 dated 1102/14 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been  in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh.  Shashi Kant  S/O Sh. Prakash Chand  VPO Kot Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt  Bilaspur that on 11/02/14    Kailash Kumar S/O Chand Lal R/O Village Bhagyar & Om Parkesh S/O Sh. Damodar Dass Village Sathkan PO Tehsil  Chachiot Distt Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Birbal Singh No. 72 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 41/14 dated 11/02/14 U/S  451,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Smt. Babita Devi  W/O Sh. Rajender Kumar R/O vill. Dedhal PO Sidhpur Teshil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/02/14 Kamla Devi and Gian Chand entered in her courtyard  and threatened her. SI Madan Lal incharge P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

6. A Case FIR No. 39/14 dated 11/02/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Garja Ram R/O Vill. Samoun PO Nalag Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/02/13 Saju, Ghanshyam Lal and Tahu Ram obstructed his way along with Hans Raj, Shiv Ram, Khayali Ram and Ankush and beat him up. HC Hem Raj No. 19 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

7. 9 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.  13,400/-.
