POLICE DEPARTMENT          MANDI DISTRICT (HP)

1. A Case FIR No 45/14 dated 07/02/14 U/S 15,18,20 of NDPS Act  has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Hem Raj I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bhiuli bridge and during the course of patrolling he recovered 10 Gram opium, 30 Gram cannabis (charas) and 360 Gram poppy straw from the possession of  Rajender Sharma S/O Sh Attar Singh Sharma R/O Vill. Krishan Nagar Bhadroha Road  Pathankot (Punjab) at present   A/P Shopkeeper at  Bhuali Bridge  Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested who is being produced before the Ld. Court and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Hem Raj I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

2. A Case FIR No 44/14 dated 07/02/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh.  Lal Chand R/O  Dayodh PO Shivabadar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that driver of vehicle (HP24C-0894) was driving his vehicle very rashly and negligently and when said vehicle  reached near Jogni Mata temple it rolled down from the road and driver of said vehicle sustained injuries. HC Yogender Singh No. 39 I.O. of Highway patrol is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 32/14 dated 08/02/14 U/S 341, 323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Raman Kumar  S/O Dina Nath R/O Village Naryan Garh PO. Tanehar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) stated that on 07/02/14  Ram Singh S/O Sh. Mulkh Ram obstructed his way and beat him up.  HC Sarwan Kumar  No. 917 I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

4. 63 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.  7300/-    and 10 challans  made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 1100/-.
