Case FIR No. 24/14 dated 27/02/14 U/S 20,29 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Thakru Ram incharge P.P.Ghatta that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials near P.P. Ghatta and during the course of patrolling he recovered 850 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Kishori Lal S/O Sh. Dhoop Ram Vill. Dhamrehar PO Sudhar Tehsil Padhar and Bhim Chand S/O Sh. Ghahru Ram R/O Dhagwhan Dhar PO Sudhar Tehsil Padhar Distt Mandi (HP). Both accused have been arrested and ASI Thakru Ram incharge P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.
Case FIR No 16/14 dated 26/2/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act 2011 has been registered in P.s. BSL Colony Sundernagar by ASI Rajender Thakur that on 26/02/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Chambi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 27000 ml country liquor from the possession of Sh. Nag Ram S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O vill Thikkar PO Paurakothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi (HP). ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
Case FIR No. 52/14 dated 26/02/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarakghat by ASI Rakesh Kumar IO PS Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Risaa and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5250 ML country liquor from the possession of Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh Kataku Ram VPO Rissa Tehsil Sarkaghat Dstt Mandi (HP). ASI Rakesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
Case FIR No 53/14 dated 26/02/14 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Bahadur Singh R/O village Pron PO Sayoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that on 24/02/14 Kashmir Singh S/O Sh Puran Chand heat up his son and he sustained injuries. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.
Case FIR No. 19/14 dated 27/02/14 U/S 341, 323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Bihari Lal S/O Late Sh. Mansa Ram R/O Vill. Kutahar P.O Kamand Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/02/14 Tule Ram and Purn Chand obstruct his way and beat him up. HC Anil Kumar No. 412 I. O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
Case FIR No. 55/14 dated 27/02/14 U/S 498A, 323, 34 IPC & U/S 31 of Domestic Violence Act 2005 has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Soma Devi W/O Sh. Jagar Nath R/O Vill. Chajwar P.O. Maloh Theisl Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married with Jagar Nath S/O Sh. Man Singh during the year 2009 and after one year of her marriage, her husband, Father-in-law & Mother -in-law started her to harass unnecessarily and today beat her up and she sustained injuries. SI (Prob.) Hans Raj I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
Case FIR No 24/14 dated 26/02/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Pol Chand S/O Sh. Daulat Ram village Choya PO Nanj Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/02/14 he was present at Dateha, in the mean time a vehicle (HP30A-0325) met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving by driver of said vehicle Chaman Lal. HC Ranjeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
73 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 8700/- and 3 challans made under COTPA & fined Rs. 300/-.
