POLICE DEPARTMENT MANDI DISTRICT (HP)
Case FIR No. 15/14 dated 20/02/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Kuldeep Singh No. 409 I.O. of P.S. Aut that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Duadda and during the course of patrolling he recovered 225 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Pratap Chand S/O Sh. R/O village Bhosh PO Haripur Tehsil Kullu Distt. Kullu (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Kuldeep Singh No. 409 I.O. of P.S. Aut.
Case FIR No. 51/14 dated 19/02/14 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh that on 19/02/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Pandoh bazaar and during the course of patrolling he found that Mohammad Ekbal S/O Sh. Ramjan Khan R/O Nanpara Distt. Brahich (UP) installed his rehari on the road side which is caused obstruction to the traffic and general public. HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.
Case FIR No. 52/14 dated 19/02/14 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Dev Kumari W/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Vill. Kipper PO Majhwar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Murari Lal and his wife Dharma Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.
Prem Singh Deepak Kumar both are S/O Sh. Karam Singh R/O Village Ghatta PO Kummi Tehsil Sadar District Mandi HP have been arrested on 19/02/14 U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh who are being produced before the SDM Sadar Mandi.
97 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 10,600/- and 1 challan made under COTPA & fined Rs. 100/-.
