Case FIR No. 44/14 Dated 16/02/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the statement of Sh. Kashitender Chandel S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Village Datla P.O. Dyoli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that on 15/02/14 when he was going by his M/Cycle at Jhaker, in the mean time a car (PB02-2507) came from Jahu side very rashly and hit his M/Cycle and he sustained injuries. SI Sunil Kumar incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.
A Case FIR No. 43/14 dated 15/02/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Hitender Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that he was on traffic checking along with other police officials near Chinar Hotel Sundernagar and during the course of checking of a car (HP31A-2673) he recovered 5 bottles of English wine from the possession of Shiv Pal Singh S/O Durga Singh R/O Salah near Chinaar Hotel Sunder Nagar & Devi Ram S/O Roshan Lal Vill. Faflani P.O. Churad Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi (HP). ASI Hitender Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
38 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 3600/- and 1 challan made under COTPA & fined Rs. 100/-.
