POLICE DEPARTMENT                        MANDI DISTRICT (HP)

                                     

1. Case FIR No. 43/14 dated 05/02/14 U/S 289 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Sheela Devi  W/O Sh. Kashmir Singh R/O Sarai PO Randhara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 05/02/14 at about 2.00 PM pet dog of Sh. Param Dev S/O  Sh. Hukam Ram  bit her from her leg. HC Shiv Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No 16/14 dated 05/02/14 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Joginderngar on the complaint of Sh  Rattan Chand S/O Inder Singh R/o Gawala PO & Tehsil Lad Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/02/14 his daughter-in-law his daughter-in-law  Smt. Anju Devi W/O Sanjeev Kumar beat him up. ASI Vinod Kumar Incharge P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

3. Sh. Shiv  Ram S/O Sh.  Balbir Singh  R/O Vill  Vanbash Distt  Vanbash   (Uttrakhand) died due to drowning in  Larji Dam during the intervening night of 04-05/02/14. Postmorem of the dead body was carried out at Z.H. Mandi and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C carried out by the local police of P.S.Aut.

4. Sh. Netar Singh S/O Sh. Chmaru Ram R/O Gandhol PO Sai Galu Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi (HP) died at Z.H. Mandi after consumption of some poisonous substance. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out at Z.H. Mandi and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C carried out by the local police of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

 

5. Sh. Sadhu Ram S/O Late Sh. Nanku Ram R/O Alag PO Kot Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi (HP) died after  consumption of some poisonous substance. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. carried out by the local police of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

6. Accused Talbe Ram S/O Sh. Dilu Ram R/O Vill. Baggi PO Segli    Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (HP) arrested by SI Bhim Sen SHO P.S. Padahr who was wanted in case  FIR No. 13/14  dated 03/02/14  U/S 363,366A,376,506 IPC and U/S  4 of POCSO Act who is being produced the Ld. Court of CJM Mandi.

7. Accused Sunni S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Vill. Jal PO Tulah Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) arrested by ASI Ishwari Prasad Incharge P.P. Bassi who was waned in case FIR No. 17/14 dated 05/02/14 U/S 341,376,511,506 IPC and U/S 4 of POCSO Act who is being produced before the Ld. Court.

8. 101 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs.  11,100/-    and 4 challans  made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 400/- .
