ZERO TELERANCE ON EVE TEASING AND RAGGING

1. Zero tolerance to ragging and eve teasing by Mandi Police. Case of   ragging can also be reported on toll free No. 1800-180-5522.

   CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT & INTIMIDATION 

2. Case FIR No.99/15 dated 01/04/15 U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh.  Narender Kumar  S/O Sh. Trasem Lal  R/O  Dali  PO  Darpa Tehsil Sarkaghat   that on 27/03/15  Deep Kumar   came  alongwith  Sanni , entered in the courtyard of his home and  beat him up.  ASI  Suresh Chand  I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating the case.

   CASE   OF EXCISE ACT  

3. Case FIR No.100/15 dated 1/04/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI  Shamsher Singh  I.O. of P.S.  Sundernagar  that   he  was on patrolling   alongwith other police officials at  Kandha and during the course of  patrolling  he recovered  12 Bottles of  Country  Liquor from the possession of  Niku Ram  S/O  Late. Sh. Lachhman Dass  R/O  Kanda PO   Maloh  Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Shamsher Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

4.  98 Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.11,400/-  was  recovered  and 2challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 200/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
