1 Case FIR No. 39/15 dated 25/04/15 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by SI Manmohan Singh SHO of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that on 25/04/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 295 Gram Charas (Cannabis) from the possession of a pedestrian namely Smt. Brijesh Koushik W/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O House No. 351 Shiv Puram Mohakampur Delhi Road Tehsil Marat ( UP) . Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by SI Manmohan Singh SHO of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar.

2 Case FIR No. 99/15 dated 25/04/15 U/S 279,337 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Het Ram S/O Sh. Kanoura Ram R/O Kummi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/04/15 when he was present at Upper-Kummi , in the mean time a Car (HP53C-0364) came rashly from Baggi side and hit Durgi Devi R/O Chhatru. SI Kuldeep Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

3 Case FIR No. 83/15dated 25/04/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Lajja Devi W/O Sh. Chander Singh R/O Dhanyadi PO Gohar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that she alongwith her sister Servo Devi were coming to Talyahar by Private Bus (HP65A-7513) and during the travel her sister Servo Devi sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

4 Case FIR No.41/15 dated 24/04/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Subhash Chand I/C of PP Bali Chowki that on 24/04/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Khanethi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 16 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Shesh Ram R/O Fagudhar PO Khuhan Sub- Tehsil Bali Chowki Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Subhash Chand I/C of PP Bali Chowki is investigating the case.

5 Case FIR No. 42/15 dated 24/04/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt. Ruvi Bhardwaj W/O Sh. Vishal Bhardwaj R/O Khudali Sher Sector No.11(CHD) that on 24/04/15 she was going to Manali by Car (CH01AR-6261) which was driven by Saravjeet Singh and when they reached near Takoli , in the mean time an Auto (HP66-0232) which was driven by Chetru Ram came rashly from Kullu side and hit said car and all the occupants of both vehicles sustained injuries. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No. 112/15 dated 24/04/15 U/S 341, 323, 506, 427 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Pappu Ram S/O Sh. Lal Chand R/O Chanohali PO Khahan Teshil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/04/15 Chandermani and Krishan Chand obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Dalip Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

7 Case FIR No. 66/15 dated 25/04/15 U/S 279, 337 304 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by HC Tej Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog that on 24/04/15 a Car ( HP30A-0141) met with an accident at Chaloag due to rash driving driver of said car and and two sustained injuries and a female died in this mishap. HC Tej Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

8 Case FIR No. 57/15dated 24/04/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Gian Chand S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Daran PO Shiwathana Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/04/15 he was coming to Lamathach by Car( HP01K-3971) which was driven by Lacchi Ram S/O Sh. Dale Ram R/O Arsadeep PO Bagachanigi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) and when they reached neat Dhawas, in the mean time the driver of said Car lost the control on the car and fell down 25 feet downwards from the road and he sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of PP Janjehli is investigating the case
CHALLAN
9 174 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 26,400/- was recovered and 4 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
