CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No.44/15 dated 02/04/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Pushap Raj S/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O Thachi PO Devdhar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/04/15 he was going to Chailchowk by Motor Cycle (HP32A-2480) and when he reached at Suket Nala in the mean time a HRTC Bus came rashly and hit his Motor Cycle and he sustained injuries. HC Krishan Pal No. 13 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
2 Case FIR No.72/15 dated 03/04/15 U/S 21 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by Insp. Sanjeev Kumar SHO of P.S. Sadar that on 03/04/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Paddal and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6.55 Gms. Smack from the possession of Naveen Kant S/O Sh. Parkash Chand R/O House No. 49 Ward No. 13 Paddal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Insp. Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3 145 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.24,100/- was recovered and 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
