CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 78/15  dated 17/04/15   U/S  279, 337  IPC  has  been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Sunil  Kumar  S/O Sh. Hosiyar Singh  R/O  Dol  PO  Laharu Tehsil  Jaisinghpur Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 17/04/15  he was going towards  Chandigarh by  his  Truck(HP68-2432) and  reached near Pulghrat, in the mean time  a Motor Cycle(PB08CE-5662)  came rashly from Nerchowk side  and  hit  said  truck  and   rider of said  Motor  Cycle  sustained injuries.  HC Ram Singh  No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2          Case FIR No. 94/15 dated 16/04/15  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S . Balh  on the complaint of Sh. Naveen Kumar S/O Sh. Anant  Ram  R/O  Kasarla PO Ratti  Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 16/04/15  he    had  gone  to Rewalsar alongwith his friends, in the mean time  2/3 unknown  persons came there, obstructed their way  and beat up  them .   ASI Chiranji  Lal  I/C of  PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 52/15 dated 16/04/15  U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Smt. Masto Devi  W/O Sh. Prem  Singh  VPO  Matroo Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 16/04/15  Banita Devi   W/O Sh. YashPal   resident of  same locality  obstructed  her way and beat her up and  she sustained injuries and also threatened  her with dire consequences.  HC  Rajesh Kumar  I.O. of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT 

4         Case FIR No. 51/15 dated 16/04/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Bassi  on the complaint of Smt. Kanta Devi  W/O Sh. Prem  Singh  R/O  Boching  Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that when she was crossing the Machyal Bazzar, in the mean time a  Truck ( HP29-1477)  came rashly  and   hit   her and she sustained  injuries .   ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of PP  Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF  KIDNAPPING

5    Case FIR No. 36/14 dated 16/04/15  U/S 363  IPC has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Relu Ram  S/O Sh. Lachhu Ram  R/O  Sainji Kothi  PO  Jai  Devi   Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  his son namely  Gulala Ram  is missing since 13/04/15  and he suspect that  someone kidnapped his son.  ASI  Shanti Sawroop  I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar  is investigating the case.

 6         Case FIR No. 37/15 dated 18/04/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL  Colony  Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Nand Lal  S/O Sh. Moti  Ram  R/O  Nawaldhar PO  Galu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 16/04/15  Shelu  came  alongwith  Bhim Singh, obstructed his way and beat him up. HC  Ram  Lal  No. 543  I.O. of P.S. BSL  Colony  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE  OF  RIOTING  MISCHIEF  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7          Case FIR No. 114/15  dated 17/04/15  U/S 147, 447, 427, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the  complaint of  Sh. Mohmad  Ali  S/O Sh. Abdul Gaffar R/O  Dinak PO  Kaniad  Tehsil  Sunderangar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/04/15  Asraf,  Anwar,  Pervej Shamshal and  Rozina  resident of same locality entered in his  agricultural land  and  destroyed  his crop by JCB  and also threatened  him with dire consequences.  ASI  Balak  Ram  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

8          Case FIR No. 115/15  dated 17/04/15  U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh.  Nasim Akhter W/O Sh. Shokt Ali   R/O Dinak  PO  Knaid Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/04/15  Shabir Mohamad S/O Sh. Asgar Ali  R/O  Dinak  obstructed   her way and  beat her up and also threatened   her with dire consequences. HC Baldev Chand No. 896  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

9          Case FIR No. 107/15 dated 16/04/15  U/S 363, 366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on  the complaint of  Smt.  Meera Devi  W/O Sh. Dalip  Chand  R/O  Vill  Lakhankothi PO  Ropari  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that  her  daughter is missing since 12/04/15 .  ASI   Naresh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is  investigating the case.

CHALLAN

10        155   Challans  were  issued under   M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.26,500/-  was  recovered  and 1 challan  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 200/-  was recovered and  2 challans were  issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs.9000/-  was recovered    during last 24 hours.
