CASE  OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 87/15   dated 13/04/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been  registered in P.S.  Balh  on the  complaint of  Smt.  Brasti Devi  W/O Sh.  Tholu Ram  R/O  Lohara Tehsil  Balh  Distt.  Mandi (HP)  that on 13/04/15    when she was crossing the road , in the mean time  a Truck  came rashly from Nerchowk side  and  hit to her  and she sustained  injuries.  HC  Rajesh  Kumar  No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY ,HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 88/15 dated 13/04/15  U/S 341, 323,506  IPC has been registered  in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gulab Singh  S/O  Late. Sh. Hira Ram R/O Riggar   PO  Rajgarh Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 13/04/15  Khinnu and  Ishru   obstructed his  way and beat him up and  he   sustained injuries and also threatened  him with dire consequences.  HC  Hoshiyar Singh No. 873  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case. 

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING  WAY , HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 109/15 dated 13/04/15  U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on  the complaint of Sh. Gokal Chand  S/O Sh. Bangali Ram  R/O  Bhour PO  Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 13/04/15  Sh. Hem  Raj  S/O Sh. Thakur Dass  R/O  Bhour  Distt. Mandi  (HP)  obstructed his way and    beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC Tek Chand  No. 03  I.O. of  P.S.  Sundernagar is investigating the case

4          Case FIR No. 104/15 dated 14/04/15  U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of  Smt. Dhameshwari  Devi  W/O Sh. Khem  Chand  R/O  Jawali  PO  Patrighat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 13/04/15  Chaman Lal  S/O Sh. Shiv  Ram  R/O  Jawali PO  Patrighat Distt. Mandi (HP)  obstructed her way and beat her  up.  ASI  Thakur  Dass  I/C of  PP Hatli  is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5          Case FIR No. 38/15  dated 14/04/15  U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on  the  complaint of Sh. Kishore Chand  S/O  Late. Sh. Prem Dass  R/O  Kathalag  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  at present  Forest  Gurad  Forest  Beat Piun  Sub – Tehsil  Aut  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that   during  the intervening  night of  13-14/04/15  he  alongwith  Bhup Singh  going  by  the Govt. Vehicle(HP33-7042)   and when they reached near Dhobha, in the mean time  a Tipper came  rashly and fell  downwards from the road . HC  Rajinder  Singh  No. 51 I.O. of  P.S. Aut is investigating  the case. 

CHALLAN

6        166  Challans  was issued under   M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.25,100/-  was  recovered  and 7challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 700/-  was recovered   during last 24 hours.
