CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION  

1        Case FIR No.85/15 dated 09/04/15 U/S 341, 504, 506, 427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh  on the complaint of  Sh. Raj Kumar  S/O Sh. Rulia Ram  R/O  Malthehar PO  Ratti   Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/04/15  Karam Chand & Kimmi Devi  obstructed   the way of  their  sons  namely  Jitender &  Balak Ram,  threatened them with dire consequences   and also broke the  front  glass of   their Vehicle( HP30-1417).  SI  Vikas Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

2        Case FIR No. 54/15 dated 08/04/15  U/S  279, 337  IPC  has been registered in  P.S. Karsog  on the complaint of  Sh. Uday Kumar  S/O Sh.  Het Ram R/O  Mumail PO  Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  when he was  present  at  Mumail,  in the mean time  a Motor Cycle (HP30-1860)  which was ridden by  Ludermani ,  came rashly and  hit a three Wheeler (HP05-1758) .  HC Tej  Singh  No. 55  I.O. of P.S.  Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

3        153 Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.21,400 /-  was  recovered  and 2 challans  were issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 300/-  was recovered   and 2 challans were issued under Mining  Act  and  fine of   Rs. 7000/-  was recovered  during  last 24 hours.
