CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No. 79/15 dated 18/04/15 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Onkar Singh Chug S/O Sh. Gurbaksh Chug R/O House No. 269/12 Ramnagar Mandi Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/04/15 unknown vehicle hit his Car(HP33B-0203) which was parked by him near Visco resorts. SI Chanchal Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 39/15 dated 18/04/15 U/S 451, 323, 504 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Karam Chand S/O Sh. Pritam Singh R/O Lagshal PO Rahala Sub- Tehsi Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/04/15 Roshan Lal resident of same locality entered in the courtyard of his home and beat him up alongwith his wife and daughter. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF RIOTING, AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No. 95/15 dated 17/04/15 U/S 447, 147, 149 , 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ashraf Mohd S/O Late. Sh. Fazal Deen R/O Dhaban Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/04/15 he was working in his land , in the mean time 5/6 persons entered in his land and abused him and also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Vijay No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF FOREST ACT
5 Case FIR No. 27/15 dated 18/04/15 U/S 41, 42 IF Act & U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Tek Chand at present Forest Beat Officer Devgarh that on 17/04/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials and during the course of checking of Vehicle ( HP76-1603) he recovered 72 No. Frames & 24 No. of Planks of Deodar having approximate value Rs. 1,04,734. HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. of P.S Padhar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
6 128 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.23,100/- was recovered and 4 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
