CASE OF EXCISE ACT
1 Case FIR No. 84/15 dated 5/04/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by SI Vikash Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling at Bhagrotu alongwith other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 11 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Prem Singh S/O Sh. Inder Singh R/O Dolakh Mandal Road Lunapani Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Vikas Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No.102/15 dated 05/04/15 U/S 341, 323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chaitru Ram S/O Sh. Lakhu Ram R/O Bhawana PO Joral Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/04/15 Raju resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Leeladhar No. 913 I.O. of PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY
3 Case FIR No. 74/15 dated 05/04/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar by HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of PP Pandoh that on 05/04/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials att Pandoh and during the course of patrolling he found that a Rehri of Vegitables laid on the roadside by Om Parkash S/O Sh. Baba Singh R/O Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) which causing obstruction to general public as well as traffic. HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4 132 Challans was issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.23,100/- was recovered and 2challans was issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
