CASE OF SUICIDE

1        Case FIR No.45/15 dated 04/04/15  U/S 306 , 34 IPC has been registered  in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Om Parkash Gupta  S/O Sh. Acchru Ram R/O  Chandyal  PO Gagal  Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  his daughter , Minakhsi  was married with   Mukesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Diwan  Chand  R/O  Abahdhar PO  Gohar  Tehsil Chachiot  Distt. Mandi (HP) during the year 2014.  But  his daughter committed  suicide by hanging  due to regular harassment  by  Mukesh Kumar  &  his mother .  SI Lal Singh  SHO of P.S.  Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2        Case FIR No. 101/15 dated 04/04/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506  ,34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the  complaint of Sh.  Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Desh Raj  R/O  Mudhkar Tehsil  Bhoranj  Distt. Hamirpur (HP)  that  he was  present at Alsu , in the mean time  Kishori Lal  & Suresh  Kumar   both are  the resident of  Alsu  obstructed his way  and   beat him up and he sustained injuries and also threatened him with dire consequences.  HC  Prabhakar Sharma  No. 872  I.O. of PP  Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE   OF EXCISE ACT

3        Case FIR No.100/15 dated 04/04/15  U/S 39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by  SI  Satish  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat  that  he was on  patrolling  alongwith other police officials at   Lukanu     and during the course of  patrolling he recovered  3000  ML  Country Liquor from the possession of  Jagat Ram  S/O Sh. Devi Singh  R/O Pipli  PO  Darwar  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) .  SI Satish  Kumar  I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4        Case FIR No.101/15 dated 05/04/15  U/S 39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by  ASI  Thakur  Dass   I.O. of P.P.  Hatli   that  he was on  patrolling  alongwith other police officials at    Bharnal      and during the course of  patrolling he recovered  4,500 ML Country Liquor from the possession of   Sunil  Kumar  S/O Sh. Nand  Lal  R/O  Bharnal PO  Dhalwan  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP).    ASI  Thakur Dass  I.O. of   PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

5        Case FIR No. 83/15 dated 04/04/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.   Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ram Singh  S/O  Late. Sh. Durga Singh  R/O  Sanyad PO   Talyad  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/04/15  he was present    near  Harihar Hospital  , in the mean time  a Car (PB11BM-5505)  came  rashly from  Nerchowk side and collided  with a   Bus(HP33C-5135)  and driver of said  car  alongwith  occupants  of  said  car sustained injuries.  HC Kamal  Kant  No. 860  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF   HURT

6        Case FIR No. 52/15  dated 04/04/15  U/S 323, 324, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Roshani  Devi  W/O Sh. Nanak Chand  R/O  Katanda PO  Pokhi Tehsil  Karsog  Distt.  Mandi (HP) that on 04/04/15  Shanta Devi  came alongwith  other persons and   beat her up.  ASI Amar  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

7          101 Challans  was issued under   M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 14,900/-  was  recovered    during last 24 hours.
