1 Case FIR No. 98/15 dated 22/04/15 U/S 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Sukh Ram R/O Galma Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/04/15 he was coming back from Nerchowk alongwith his wife Smt.Usha Devi & mother Smt. Hima Devi to his quarter, in the mean time 10/15 persons came there by two vehicles, obstructed their way and beat him up and he sustained injuries and also threatened them with dire consequences. SI Kuldeep Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No. 119/14 dated 22/04/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by Insp Madan Dhiman SHO of P.S. Sundernagar that on 22/04/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Surinder Kumar S/O Sh. Sukh Ram R/O Slapper Distt. Mandi (HP). Insp. Madan Dhiman SHO of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 C ase FIR No. 63/15 dated 22/04/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Sarla Devi W/O Sh. Surender Kumar R/O Jaladi PO Bakhrot Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/04/15 she alongwith her son, Bhanesh were coming back to his home from Karsong Bazar, in the mean time a Car(HP33D-1127) which was driven by Kaul Ram S/O Sh. Lala Ram R/O Selra Khabu PO Thina Gala Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) came rashly from Baral side and hit her said son. HC Vijay Kumar No. 411 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
4 Case FIR No.64/15 dated 23/04/15 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Surender Kumar R/O Kurali PO Ghagnu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/04/15 Roshan Lal came alongwith his wife and obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
5 374 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.57,400/- was recovered and 15 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
