CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT , MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1        Case FIR No. 110/15 dated 23/04/15  U/S 451, 323, 504, 506 , 427, 356, 34 IPC has been  registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of Smt. Pawana Kumari  W/O Sh. Sunil  Kumar  R/O Bahi  PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat  that on 19/04/15  Sanjay  Kumar,  Reena Devi , Bimla Devi &  Satya Devi entered in the courtyard of her home and beat her up and  snatched away her ear ring and  and  also  threatened her with dire consequences.  ASI  Thakur Dass  I/C of PP Hatli is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  CHEATING AND FORGERY

2          Case FIR No. 111/15 dated 23/04/15 U/S 420, 467, 468, 471  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Miss Aarti  D/O Sh. Jitender Kumar  R/O  Chowk PO  Brarta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that  her father struck off  her  and  her sisters name    from    Pariwar register of gram  pnachyat  with  the intention to freeze    their   rights  to  claim  their  share  from ancestral  property and  her father also  made a  fake certificate  of  Schedule  tribe   however     he  belongs to  Rajput  family .  SI  Nardev  Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the  case.

 CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3        Case FIR No. 82/15 dated 24/04/15  u/S 341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of  Smt.  Kamla Devi  W/O Sh. Nihal  Singh  R/O  Kalyar  PO  Dudar Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/04/15  Daya Ram resident of same locality obstructed  her way and beat her up. HC  Jagdish  Chand  No. 36  I.O. of PP Pandoh  is investigating the case.  

  CASE OF  OBSTRUCTNG WAY AND HURT

4          Case FIR No. 29/15 dated 24/04/15  u/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint   of Smt.  Kanta Devi  W/O  Late. Sh. Ram Singh  R/O  Chamgala PO  Bijani  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 24/04/15  Khajan  Singh  resident of same locality obstructed  her  way and beat her up.  HC  Roop  Lal   No. 56  I.O. of P.S.  Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE  OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

5        Case FIR No. 65/15 dated 23/04/15   U/S  279, 337 IPC & 187  MV Act has  been registered in P.S. Karsog  on the complaint of Sh. Lal  Chand  S/O Sh. Khor  Singh  PO  Bhanera Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP) that   on 23/04/15 when he was present at Mamail, in  the mean time a Car (HP30-3526) came rashly and hit  to him and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Amar Singh  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

6      190  Challans  was issued under   M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.29,100/-  was  recovered  and 12challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1200/-  was recovered   during last 24 hour.
