PRESS NOTE ON 8 MAR

1. Case FIR No. 82/14 dated 07/03/14 U/S  452,506,323,147,178,149 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh.  Sita Ram S/O Sh. Naukhu Ram R/O VPO Khakhriana Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 07/03/14,  Raju along with his five  friends entered in his shop at Nerchowk and they beat him up.   HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No 58/13 dated 07/03/14 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Durga Ram S/O Sh Sant Ram R/O Village Gugahan P.O. Churad Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi (HP) that on 06/03/14   Roop Lal S/O Sh.Thabed Ram Village Gugahan P.O Churad Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Rajinder Kumar Incharge P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No 63/14 dated 07/03/14 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Sunil Kumar incharge P.P. Hattli that on 07/03/14 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nagrota and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3750 ML English Wine from the possession of   Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Sohan Lal R/O Nagrota PO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Sunil Kumar incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No 64/14 dated 07/03/14 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S  187 MV Act has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt Diksha Devi W/O Sh. Pradeep Kumar R/O Pipli PO Darwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that on 07/03/14 a tipper hit her and she sustained injuries.  S.I. (Porb.)  Anil Kumar I.O. P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

5. 42 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 7200/-  and 1 challan   made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 100/-.
