PRESS NOTE ON 17 MAR

  1. Case FIR No. 29/14 dated 17/03/14  U/S 3 PDP Act has  been registered in P.S. Gohar on complaint Nand Lal S/O Sh. Chamaru Ram R/O Vill.  Karehadi PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh C/O Chowkidar Ld Court JMIC Gohar  Distt Mandi HP stated that on 16/03/14 at 9.20 PM when he was at duty in the office of the Ld. JMIC Gohar and some unknown person pelted the stone on the building and broke   the  glass of court building.  HC Prabhaker Ram No 872 I.O. of  P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

  2. Case FIR No. 71/14 dated 17/03/14 U/S  341,323,504,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Lal S/O Sh. Durga Singh R/O  Baniur PO Padhiun Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi that on 16/03/14  Madan Lal S/O Sh.  Atma Ram  R/O  Baniur PO Padhiun Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Manoj Kumar I.O. of  P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

  3. Case FIR No. 67/14 dated 16/03/14  U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Narender Vaidhya S/O Late Sh. Roop Chand R/O Village Sayogi  PO Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that 16/03/14 he was going to Navodya School in the mean time a  Maruti car  fell down from the road due to rash and negligent driving by driver of said car.   HC Anil Kumar I.O Highway patrol is investigating the case.

  4. Case FIR No. 68/14 dated 16/03/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Goverdhan R/O Village Sardha PO Pandoh Tehsil   Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/03/14 a M/Cycle (PB02BA-5995) came very rashly and negligently from Kullu side and  met with an accident. HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

  5. Case FIR No. 69/14 dated 16/03/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S> Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Dumanu Ram S/O Sh Chet Ram R/O VPO Kalhani Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/03/14 a scooty (HP33C-2807)  came from Bus Stand Mandi to Shri. Bhima Kali temple and another M/Cycle (HP33C-7187) came very rashly and negligently and hit said  scooty and riders of both two wheelers sustained injuries.  ASI Laksmi Chand Incharge Highway P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

  6. Case FIR No 70/14 dated 16/03/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Sunka Ram S/O Sh.  Dile Ram R/O  Taleli PO Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/03/14   he was travelling by a car (HP33B-4000) and when said car reached near Kawri driver of said car Gagnesh Saklani lost control over it and sustained injuries.  SI Ratten Chand Incharge P.P.  Pandoh is investigating the case.

  7. Case FIR No. 69/14 dated 16/03/14 U/S U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Kumar S/O Sh.  Ram Saran R/O Village Ropari P.O. Kapahi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/03/14 that on 16/03/14 a car (HP03C-3663) came very rashly from Chatrokhari side and hit his scooter and he along with his two persons sustained injuries. ASI Sarwan Kumar incharge traffic wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

  8. Case FIR No 74/14 dated 17/03/14 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Vijay Kumar S/O Sh Om Prakash R/O Bhalu PO and Tehsil Sandhole Distt Mandi (HP) that on 16/03/14 Nilu Vice Pradhan G.P. Sandhole beat him up.   Case is being investigated by ASI Bidhi Chand I/C PP Sandhole is investigating the case.

  9. Case FIR No 75/14 dated 17/03/14 U/S 452,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Geeta Devi W/O Sh Suresh Kumar R/O VPO Dhalara Tehsil Sandhole Distt Mandi (HP) that on 16/03/14  Surender Kumar and his wife Shabnam entered in her house and beat up her husband. ASI  Bidhi Chand Incharge P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

  10. Case FIR No 76/14 dated 17/03/14 U/S 451,323,504,147,149 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Shabnam W/O Sh Surender Singh R/O VPO Dhalara Tehsil Sandhole Distt Mandi (HP) that on 16/03/14 Suresh Kumar, his wife Geeta Devi,Rundha Devi, Joginder, Vilan, Jitender and Nathu Ram entered in her courtyard and beat up her husband. ASI Bidhi Chand Incharge  P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

  11. Case FIR No. 90/14 dated 17/03/2014 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Rekha Devi W/O Sh. Narender Kumar R/O Village Chatrour PO Sakroha Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 16/03/2014 Anu, his wife Seema Devi, Ramesh and Reena  Devi entered in her house premises and beat her up.   HC Naresh Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

  12. 78 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 16,800/-  and 6 challans   made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 700/-.
