1 Case FIR No. 75/14 dated 26/03/14 U/S 379, 504,506, 511 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the application U/S 156(3) Cr.P.C. and on the complaint of Smt. Chinta Devi W/O Late Sh. Tek Chand S/O Late. Sh. Sobha Ram R/O Kathwadi P.O. Bir Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that Bhag Singh S/O Late Sh. Sewak Ram R/O Ropda P.O. Bir Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi enered in her possessive land and cut down the 35 tress and theft away and also threatened with dire consequence . HC Shiv Singh I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
2 Case FIR No. 26/14 dated 25/03/14 U/S 147, 149, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Yasin S/O Sh. Yukumiyan R/o Jodhipur P.O. Sidhayo Tehsil Bansihari Distt. Dakin Dinashpur west Banglore C/O Shmti Bharti Majahan House No. 211/11 New Bazzar BBMB Sundernaar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 25/03/14 when he was working along with the labourer on the electric tower situated at Hanogi, in mean time Tej Singh S/O Sh. Bhumi Singh R/O Rehan , Thakur Dass and Jeeva Nand R/O Halon came alongwith 10/11 persons and beat up the Noshad alongwith some labourers . ASI Hari Singh I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case .
3 Case FIR No. 82/14 dated 26/03/14 U/S 353, 332, 506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Bhim Singh S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Chowki Baldwara P.O. Sajaopiplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that he is working as a driver in HRTC Depot .On 25/03/14 at about 7:45 PM when he was going on the route Dharampur to Delhi along with Bus No. (HP28A-1812) and reached near Bhambla , in mean time two person namely Krishan Chand & Kashmir Singh beat him up and also threatened with dire consequence . ASI Thakur Dass I/O of P.P. Hatli is investigating the case .
4 Case FIR No. 97/14 dated 25/03/14 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Dharmender Singh No. 77 I/O of P.S. Balh that on 25/03/14 at about 06:30 PM he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Nagchalla during the course of nakabandi he recovered 1Kg 800gm cannabis from the possession of Hem Singh S/O Sh. Dhanwant R/O Siyah Tehsil Bhunter Distt. Kullu (H.P.) from his bag .HC Dharmender Singh No. 77 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
5 Case FIR No. 21/14 dated 25/03/14 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been in P.S. BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Mahant Ram R/O Vill. Sarua P.O. Dasehda P.S. Balh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 25/03/14 at about 7:10PM when he was going towards Sundernagar by his Tipper ( HP31B-0495) and when reached near Dhanotu Chowk ,in the mean time Car (HP31-8936) came rashly and negligently from opposite side and collided his above said Tipper . In this incident Car driver namely Ajay Kumar S/O SH. Iswar Singh R/O Talwali Jugahan sustained injuries. HC Ravinder Singh No. 863 I/O of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case
6 Case FIR No. 39/14 dated 26/03/14 U/S 325, 323, 504 , 34 IPC has been registerd in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Taramani R/O Bella P.O. Drahal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 22/03/14 when he was going to his home and reached near BalakRupi curve , in the mean time two person namely, Aman & Ghopa both the resident of Vill. Balak Rupi came his behind and beat him up and he sustained injuries. (Prob). SI Rajesh Kumar I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case .
7 80challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered and 1 challan were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours
