POLICE DEPARTMENT DISTT MANDI (HP)
1 Case FIR No. 73/14 dated 17/03/14 U/S 341, 353, 332 , 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Parsottam Ram S/O Late Sh. Tahadu Ram R/O Alsu P.O. Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) presently working as a driver HRTC Depot Sundrnagar that on 17/03/14 when he was on duty alongwith HRTC Bus No. ( HP 58-1913) and reached near Ridi Mod , in same time vehicle No. (HP01B-0508) came there and and Bhagat Ram Thakur, Sunil Kumar , Pawan Kumar , Pradeep Kumar , Lalit Kumar & Ramesh Kumar obstruct him and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequence . ASI Rajender Thakur I/C of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case .
2 Case FIR No. 72/14 dated 17/03/14 U/S 279,337 IPC & 184 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Tara Chand No. 876 I/O of P.P. Slapper that on 17/03/14 on the telephonic information he went on the spot and found that one Moter Cycle No. (HP31-9050) met to an accident, which was riding by Rahul S/O rajender Kumar R/O Khurahal and two other person namely Amar Jaswal & Vijay Kumar boarded behind the above said M/Cycle . All the three person sustained injuries in this accident . HC Tara Chand No. 876 I/O of P.S. Slapper is investigating the case .
3 Case FIR No. 91/14 dated 18/03/14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Santu Ram R/O Ghadyatar PO Kapahi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 17/03/14 at about 7PM when he going to market ,in mean time Hukkam Chand & Chand Ram came there and obstruct hisway and also beat him up. ASI Susheel kumar I/C of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case .
4 81 Challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
