Case FIR No. 72/14 dated 28/02/14 U/S 302 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Bhawana Devi W/O Late Sh. Ravinder Singh R/O Village Masyahan PO Baggi Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 28/02/14 she went to her parental home at Village Lohardi PO Baggi District Mandi. Around 08.45 PM, Shankar Dass (her Father in law) came there equipped with armed Gun and fired a bullet on her brother (Dalip Singh) who was slipping in the room, and fled from there. Her bother Sh. Dalip was rushed to CHC Ratti where doctor declared him brought dead. Insp. Madan Dhiman SHO P.S. Balh is investigating the case. .
Case FIR No 25/14 dated 28/02/14 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Virender Dutt S/O Sh. Durga Dutt village Rakhota PO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 27-28/2/14 Mohinder Kumar R/O village Chalahar drove his vehicle (HP28-3490) very rashly and negligently and met with an accident near Pokhi in which two persons namely Sh. Bodh Raj and Sh. Mohinder Kumar died on the spot. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
Case FIR No. 26/14 dated 01/03/14 U/S 23,26 of Juvenile Justice Act 2000 has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the report of Child Welfare Committee Mandi Distt Mandi HP that a child master Kailash aged 14 years old S/O Sh. Balbir Sharma R/O village & PO Kulag Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla HP was forcibly kept in Badwal Guest House Karsog for labour by the owner of said guest house. HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
Case FIR No. 54/14 dated 28/02/14 U/S 341,504,356 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Anupam Bhandari R/O Panjethi PO Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/02/14 Avinash obstructed his way and beat him up and also took away sum of Rs. 35,000/- from his pocket. ASI Ranjeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
Case FIR No. 55/14 dated 01/03/14 U/S 341,323,504,506,355 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Ghanshyam S/O SH. Bhup Singh R/O Sillakpar PO Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/02/14 Nagender @ Naganu S/O Sh. Sidhu Ram R/O Sillakipar PO Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.
61 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 9800/- and 8 challans made under COTPA & fined Rs. 800/-.
