POLICE DEPARTMENT                         MANDI DISTRICT (HP)

1. Case FIR NO 19/14 dated 05/06/14 U/S 306 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Than Singh S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Majhoo PO Khuhan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that his  sister Shanti Devi was married with Shital Kumar S/O Sh. Surajmani R/O VPO and Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP). After her marriage above Shital Kumar started to  beat up his sister Shanti Devi and on 28/02/14 she consumed some poisonous substance and on 04/03/14 she died at IGMC Shimla and he suspects that his sister consumed poison due to harassment by made by above Shital Kumar. ASI Subhash Chand Incharge P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No 60/14 dated 05/03/14 U/S NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Satish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bararta Chowk and during the course of patrolling he recovered 308 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of  Kewal Ram S/O Sh Shiv Ram Village Povas PO Devath Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla (HP). Accused has  been arrested and further investigation of the case is being investigated by SI Satish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat.  

3. Case FIR No 59/14 dated 05/03/14 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Nabjot Sharma S/O Sh. Kishori Lal R/O VPO Darpa Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/03/14 Kishori Lal S/O Sh. Raghu Ram, Goji and Surender Kumaar obstructed his way and beat him up.    ASI Rakesh Kumar I.O. od P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No 61/14 dated 06/03/14 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt.  Meena Devi W/O Sh. Gulab Singh R/O Village Dagroun PO Kashmela Tehsil  Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/03/14  Madan Lal S/O Sh. Prem Singh beat  her up and she sustained injuries. SI  Sunil Kumar   Incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

5. 57 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 6300/-  and 4 challans   made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 400/-.
