Case FIR No. 84/14 dated 10/03/2014 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 10/03/14 at about 8.30 PM he received an information telephonically that an accident took place near Valley View Hotel a Bagla. On this he rushed to the spot along with police party and found that a M/Cycle rider namely Harish Kumar S/O Sh Kashmir Singh R/O Troh PO Ratti Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) struck his M/Cycle with a truck (HP36-3663) and succumbed to his injuries. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
Case FIR No 67/14 dated 11/03/14 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Subhash Chand S/O Sh. Gian Chand VPO Kothuan Tehsil Sandhole Distt Mandi (HP) that on 10/03/14 Chhotu S/O Mukand VPO Kothuan Tehsil Sandhole Distt Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Inder Singh No. 07 I.O. P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

Case FIR No 30/14 dated 11/03/14 U/S 379,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Joginderngar on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Pal S.O Sh. Jagan Nath Pal VPO Ahju Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is working as technician in AirTel company and his beat areas is fallen between Ahju to Tulah. On 10/03/14 he went to near AirTel tower and Ahju and found that there two jeeps (HP65-3993) and (HP31A-1480) were parked near said tower and on checking he found that two batteries of said tower were found stolen. On this he informed local police of P.P. Ghatta and they succeeded to nab the three persons namely Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Pappu R/O Malthehar, Chhangu Ram S/O Sh. Prithi R/O Bhiuli and Sunil S/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/O Sauli Khud Distt. Mandi along with two batteries of said tower and these accused are being produced before the Ld Court. HC Desh Raj I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.
Case FIR No 24/14 dated 10/03/14 U/S 447, 427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Gulab Singh S/O Sh. Jhotiya Ram VPO Ropa Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the month of Feb, 2014 President Hima Devi and Vice President Rattan Chand and ward-member Budhi Singh of G.P. Ropa construct a new road on his land without taking his prior consent. ASI Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
78 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 13,300/- and 1 challan made under COTPA & fined Rs. 100/-.
