Case FIR No. 77/14 dated 05/03/14 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Inder Singh S/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O Fagoh PO Syanji Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/03/14 at about 10 PM after taking their dinner he along with his family members went to sleep in their rooms. Today morning at about 4 AM they heard some noise in the ground floor when reached there, they saw some unknown culprits has broken the almirah of the room and stolen away cash worth Rs. 63000/- and jewelry from the almirah ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
Case FIR No. 78 dated 05/03/14 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bhupender Singh Thakur S/O Sh. Balraj Thakur R/O VPO Nerchowk Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/03/14 he was going to his home and on the way Dharmender and Saxena obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
Case FIR No. 79 dated 05/03/14 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh. Mohan Singh R/O VPO Sardhwar Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/03/14 Guddu Ram S/O Dutt Ram R/O Sardhwar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.
Case FIR No 58/14 dated 04/03/14 U/S 498A,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sapna Devi W/O Sh. Anil Kumar R/O Village Jol PO and Tehsil Sandhole Distt Mandi (HP) that she was married with Anil Kumar about 4 years ago and after few days of her marriage, her husband started to harass her physically and her father-in-law and mother-in-law also demanding dowry from the complaint. ASI Bidhi Chand Incharge P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.
Case FIR No.58/14 dated 04/03/14 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Hem Singh No 883 I.O. of Highway traffic that on 04/05/14 a private bus (HP65-0256) was going from Industrial Areas towards Saulkhaid without conductor and signal of indicator and in the mean time a M/Cycle rider came from Pandoh side very rashly and struck with said bus and he sustained injuries. HC Hem Singh No. 883 I.O. of TTR Wing Mandi is investigating the case.
Case FIR No. 59/14 dated 05/03/14 U/S 279,337,201 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Kamal Kant S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O Village Ropa Matyar PO Kot Tungal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/03/14 at about 11.00 PM when he along with his Friend Sanjeev were going to his Quarter at Sauli Khad by his Motor cycle (HP-33C-5750) and when they reached near Gurudawara near Bhiuli, a car (No. not known) came very rashly and negligent towards Saulikhad side and hit his M/cycle due to which he along with his friend Sh. Sanjeev Kumar sustained injuries. ASI Chatter Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi (HP) is investigating the case.
62 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 8000/-.
