Mandi (H.P.) that on 30/03/14  at about  1PM  Uday Singh,  Savitri Devi   came along with her brothers and entered in the courtyard of   her house  and beat her up  and she sustained injuries   and also threatened with dire consequence .  HC Birbal Singh  No. 72 I/O of P.S. Balh is  investigating the case .  

2        Case FIR No. 33/14  dated 30/03/14  U/S  379, 34 IPC   & 41,42  I F Act  has been registered in P.S. Gohar  by  ASI  Jeet Singh  I/C of  P.P. Janjehli that on 30/03/14  he laid a naka along with other police officials  at  Majhakhal  and  during the  course of checking of vehicle (HP 58A-2035)  he recovered  2580 KG Forest Product  from the possession of    driver  Gopal   S/O Sh.  Madan Lal  R/O  Kamand PO  Chowki  Tehsil Nihari  Distt Mandi (H.P.)&  Narpat  Ram S/O Sh.  Mast  Ram  R/O  Banyad P.O. Jarol  Tehsil  Thunag Distt. Mandi (H.P.) . Accused have  been arrested and further investigating is being carried out by  ASI Jeet Singh   I/C of P.P. Janjehli .

3        Case FIR No. 31/14 dated 30/03/14  U/S  20  of NDPS Act  & 39 of  Excise  Act has  been registered in  P.S.  Padhar  by Insp. Prakash Chand  SIU Mandi   that  he was on patrolling along with other police officials  at Balh  and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  600 Gms  charas (cannabis)  and 118 boxes of  English Wine and  2 boxes of  Country Liquor  from the possession of  Devender Kumar  S/O Sh.  Roop  Chand  R/O  Cheli P.O. Balh Tehsil Pathar Distt. Mandi (H.P.). Insp.Prakash Chand  I/C of SIU Mandi  is investigating the case. .

4        Case FIR No. 85/14 dated 30/03/14  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of  Sh.  Rakesh Kumar  S/O Sh.  Bhag Singh  R/O  Reyur P.O. Dharampur  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  on  30/03/14  at about  9:30 PM   Vicky , Vinay and Ankush obstructed his way  and beat him up.   SI (Prob).  Anil Kumar   I/O of P.S. 5        Case FIR No. 86/14  dated 31/03/14  U/S  341, 323, 504, 34 IPC  has been registered  in P.S. Sarkaghat on  the complaint of  Sh. Chint  Ram  S/O  Sh.  Munshi  Ram R/O  Lukaanu  P.O.  Khalardu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on  30/03/14  at about  10  PM   Deep Singh  came along with his wife , obstructed his way  and  beat him  up.   SI  (Prob). Anil Kumar   I/O of P.S. 6        Case FIR No. 82/14  dated 30/03/14  U/S  279, 337 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  on the   complaint of  Sh.  Goverdhan Dass  S/O  Sh.  Sanicharu R/O  Nela P.O. Dudar Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi  (H.P.)  that on 30/03/14  at about 9:30 AM   when he was going   to Talyahar along with Vinod Kumar  by  Moter Cycle and when they  reached near Paddal , in  the mean  time   Car (HP 01K-1074) came rashly  and hit his Moter Cycle  and   they  both  sustained injuries.  HC Chaman Lal  No. 909  High Way Patrol  Mandi  is investigating the case

7        Case FIR No. 42/14 dated 30/0314 U/S 309 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Roshan Lal  S/O Sh.  Budhi Singh R/O  Bhakher P.O. Ahju Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 30/04/14  at about  7:30 PM his son namely  Sarwan  Kumar   consumed any  poisonous   substance   ASI  Thakru  I/C of P.P. Ghatta  is investigating the case .

8        Case FIR No. 43/14 dated 30/03/14  U/S 448, 427, 323, 504 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  on the complaint of  Sh. Prem Walia working as a shopkeeper  of vegetables and fruits at   Jogindernagar Bazaar that  he purchased the  one shop from  Prem Singh  S/O  Balak Ram  R/O  Yora  Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi  amounting  to Rs 3,00000 /- .On 30/03/14  Prem Singh  came along with  Roop Singh and  Sanjeev Kumar  and  they opened the lock of his shop  and threw  the   all the vegitables  and fruits  and also  beat him up .HC Chaman Lal  No. 38  I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar  is investigating the case

Polytechnic  Colony  Sundernagar  that   during the intervening night of 29/30-03-14 at about 12:30 AM some unknown persons burned  his MoterCycle (HP 33B-1994).  ASI  Samsher  Singh I/O of P.S. Sundernagar  is investigating the case. 

2        Case FIR No. 83/14  dated  29/03/14  U/S  39 of  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  by  SI Sunil Kumar  I/C of P.P. Hatli that he was on patrolling along with  other police officials  and   then during the course of patrolling he recovered  3750 ML  Country  Liquor from the possession of  Chaman  Lal  S/O Sh.  Dila  Ram  R/O   Gulela P.O. Patrighat  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) from  his shop  situated at  Patrighat .  SI  Sunil Kumar  I/C of P.P. Hatli  is investigating the case . 

3        Case FIR No. 84/14  dated 29/03/14  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of    Sh. Jagdish  Chand  S/O  Late Sh.  Amar Singh  R/O  Sarouri  P.O. Ropari  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on  29/03/14  at about  9PM   when he was at  home , in mean time  he heard  the noise of  accident  and  found that  car ( HP 28A -1055)  met  with  accident  near his house  which was driven by the driver  Rohit  Verma  .  HC Inder Singh  I/O of P.S. 4        Case FIR No.  32/14 dated 30/03/14  U/S 39 of  Excise Act has been  in P.S.  Gohar   by  ASI  Jeet Singh  I/C of P.P.  Jenjehli  that on  29/03/14  at about   5PM  when he was on patrolling along with other police officials and  during the  course of patrolling he recovered   22500 ML Country Liquor and  33000ML  English  W ine from the possession of  Fate Singh  S/O Sh.   Chatru Ram  R/O  Dharwar Thach P.O.  Shilli  Bagi  Tehsil Thunag  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  from his house . ASI Jeet Singh  I/C of P.P.  Jenjehli is investigating the case.  

5        Case FIR No. 80/14 dated  30/03/14  U/S  341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of  Smt. Jethi Devi W/O Sh.  Ramesh Chand  R/O  Nasloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  on  29/03/14     Man Singh  resident of same locality obstructed her way  and beat her up.  HC Kamal Singh No. 79 I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

6        Case FIR No.81/14  dated 30/03/13 U/S  380, 511  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Roshan Lal  Sharma  Chief Manager  State Bank of  Patiala Indra Market Mandi (H.P.)  that   during the  intervening night of  29-30/3/14  some unknown culprits  broke  the ATM  camera  situated at   India Market.  HC Nand Lal I/O of PP  City Mandi  is investigating the case . 

7        Case FIR No.  29/14 dated 30/03/14   U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Aut  by  SI  Anil Kumar  that on 29/03/14 at about 11:30 PM   he laid a nakka along with other police officials  at  Balichowki then during the course of checking of  a vehicle  (HP49A-0821) he recovered 9000 ML  Country Liquor from the possession of  driver  Devinder Kumar  S/O Sh.  Gian Chand  Garg R/O  Jaibag P.O. Devari Tehsil Anni  Distt. Kullu(H.P.) . SI  Anil Kumar  SHO of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.  

 

8        Case FIR No. 41/14 dated 30/03/14  U/S 323, 324 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  on the complaint of Smt. Veena Devi W/O Sh.  Sanjay Kumar  R/O   Chandni P.O. Tikkru Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 29/03/14  her husband beat her up and she sustained injuries.  HC Dola Ram No. 869 I/O of  P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 

9        Case FIR No. 37/ 14 dated 30/03/14  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint of Sh.  Harish Kumar  S/O Sh. Gain Chand  R/O  Haronala P.O. Karsog Distt. Mandi  (H.P.)  that on  29/03/14  when  he was going   to home  by  Moter Cycle (HP30-3083)  and when reached near Kufridhar in mean time  he lost the control  over  the Moter Cycle  and  met with  an accident . Padhar  that  he was on patrolling along with other police officials  at  Junddar and during the course of  patrolling  he recovered  80 Gms. charas(cannabis)  from the possession of  Ashok  Thakur  S/O Sh.  Hari  Singh  R/O  Kunduni  Ner  P.O.  Bassi  Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out  by  ASI  Jagdish Kumar  I/O of P.S. Padhar.

 

2       Case FIR No. 40/14 dated 29/03/14 U/S 452, 395 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mahant  Baldeva Nand  Sarwasti presently  working as an  organizer of  temple Bhuteshwar Mahadev Mohan Ghatti  that  he is watching  this temple last 30 years along with  Randhwa Nand .  On 28/03/14  at  about 2:30 AM   4/5  unknown persons  entered   in the temple, they locked the caretaker/chowkidar of the temple  in  another room and stole away cash of worth Rs. 3 lac from the temple.  ASI   Thakru Ram I/C P.P. 3        Case FIR No. 79/14 dated 29/03/14 U/S  451, 323, 341, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of   Sh.  Vipul Vatsyan S/O  Devraj Tikri  P.O.  Ghumarwin Distt.  Bilaspur  that he was the owner  of Bus (HP69-2296) . On 29/03/14  when he was taking his  meal along with driver, Rakesh Kumar at Sauli Khad in a Dhaba  in the mean time  the  owner of  Bus (HP65-4477) , Sonu  came in the Dhaba along with  Dimple, Manu & Rinku  and beat him up and he sustained injuries .  HC Shiv Singh  I/O of P.S. 4.       Case FIR No. 77/14 dated 28/03/14  U/S 39 of  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by  ASI  Hem Raj  I/O of P.S. Sadar  that   on  28/03/14  he laid a nakka along with other police officials  at  Rattipul  and during the course of nakka he recovered 102 boxes of Country Liquor, 10 boxes of English Wine and 2 boxes of beer  from the possession of    Chhavi Lal S/O Sh.  Bhim Singh  R/O  Karnehari P.O. Balt Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.) driver of above jeep . ASI Hem Singh  I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case .

5.       96  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered  and 1 challan were issued under  Mining  Act during last 24 hours

2        Case FIR No. 101/14 dated 27/03/14  U/S  451, 323,IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of  Smt. Shukri Devi  W/O Sh.  Katku Ram R/O Chhangehara P.O. Khakhriyana Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that  on 26/03/14  at about  10PM  Raju  resident of  Malyani  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) entered in her house  and beat her up .HC Lal Singh  No. 80  I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

3        Case FIR No. 102/14 dated 27/03/14 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of   Miss Isha  D/O Sh.  Naresh Kumar   R/O House No. 234/4 Suhara Mohalla Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on  27/03/14  at about 5PM  when she was coming along with her sister  from Sundernagar to Mandi by  Scooty  and  when reached near Dadour , in  the mean time   three  person came in Jeep (PB60A-6892)  and obstructed her way  by overtaking   as a result  she  fell down on the road and  sustained injuries . Mandi (H.P.) that  his daughter is missing  from the home since 29/03/14  and  he came to know that Daya Ram resident of Bihar  kidnapped his daughter   with the  connivance of Man Singh  R/O Badsu Distt.  Mandi (H.P.)  with  the  intention  to marry with her  . SI Sandeep  Sharma  I/O of P.S.  Balh  is investigating the case .  

 

4        Case FIR No. 27/14 dated 26/03/14  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the  complaint of  Sh. Monu S/O Sh. Naresh Kumar  R/O  House No.C-44 Bhutbali Gali No. 4 Nagloi  New Delhi  that he  is working  as a cleaner  along  with Tourist Bus Service ( DL-1PC-3576). On 26/03/14  when they were returning back  Manali to Delhi   by  said Bus  and reached  near Jhalogi, in  the mean time  a Alto Car (HP23B-0189) came rashly from opposite side and  collided  with  said bus  and  five person which were boarded  in the car  sustained injuries . HC  Harbans Singh No. 68 I/O of P.S.  Aut is investigating the case .

   

5        Case FIR No. 28/14  dated 26/03/14  U/S   379 IPC & 41, 42 I.F.Act has  been registered in P.S Aut  on the complaint of  Sh. Sohan  Lal  Range officer  Panarsha Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that   forest guards   Vijay  Kumar ,  Vinod Kumar , Hukkam Chand   and Nag Chand  were  on  patrolling duty  at  place  Balu   and  during the course of patrolling  they recovered 75 wooden frames   from the a  Jeep  (HP49-0248) and  driver of the above said Jeep ran away from the spot .  Total value of the stolen property is about  Rs. 46,170/-   ASI  Mohar  Singh  I/O of  P.S.  Aut is investigating the case.

6          Case FIR No. 76/14 dated 27/03/14  U/S 341, 323, 506, IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar  S/O Sh.  Mohan Singh  R/O  Tarambi P.O. Marathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on  26/03/14 at about  9:30 PM  when he was present in his home , in mean time his uncle  Bhader Singh came  there  and and  beat him up .  HC Rajmal No.  856 I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

7             Case FIR No.  37/14  dated 27/03/14  U/S 341, 323, 382 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the  complaint of Sh. Hari Singh  S/O  Sh.  Ganga Ram R/O  Keo  P.O. Nanj  Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi  (H.P.)  that on  26/03/14  at about 6:45  PM  when he was going to  his home , in the  mean time Prem Chand  S/O Sh.  Darshanu R/O Purana came there and obstructed his way  and  beat him up and  snached away  Rs 18000/- from him .  ASI  Amar Singh  I/O of P.S.  Karsog is investigating the case .

Mandi (H.P.)  that  he  is working as a driver  in HRTC  Depot  .On  25/03/14  at about 7:45 PM  when he was  going  on the route  Dharampur to Delhi  along with Bus No. (HP28A-1812) and  reached near Bhambla , in mean time   two person namely  Krishan Chand &  Kashmir Singh  beat  him up and also threatened with dire consequence .  ASI  Thakur Dass  I/O of P.P. Balh that on 25/03/14  at about 06:30 PM  he laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials  at Nagchalla during the course of nakabandi he recovered 1Kg 800gm   cannabis  from the possession of  Hem Singh  S/O Sh.  Dhanwant R/O  Siyah  Tehsil  Bhunter Distt. 6        Case FIR No. 39/14 dated 26/03/14  U/S 325, 323, 504 , 34 IPC has been registerd in P.S. Jogindernagar on the  complaint of   Sh. Taramani  R/O  Bella P.O. Drahal   Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on   22/03/14   when he  was going to his home and  reached near BalakRupi curve , in  the mean time two person namely, Aman  & Ghopa both the resident of  Vill. 6        Case FIR No. 38/14 dated 25/03/14   has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  by the  SI Yog Raj  I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar   that   on 25/03/14  at about 11:30  AM when he was on patrolling along with other police officials  at  Harabag,   during the course of  patrolling he recovered  180  Gram charas (cannabis)  from the possession of  Abdul Rahman S/O  SH.  Gulam Ahmad  R/O  Dhellu P.O.  Dohag Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt.
