In view to take governance to the grassroots and provide more responsive and people friendly service the Police Headquarters Shimla (HP) has decided to decentralization of Motor Vehicle Verification Counter Data in all Districts of Himachal Pradesh and to make these counters functional by 01/12/2013. So today Mandi Police has started Vehicle Verification (NOC) Counter in Police Post City Mandi in view to save people inconvenience and botheration of travelling to Shimla as since 2003, only one counter in the SCRB of the CID has been issuing such No-objection certificates. Head Const. Amin Chand No. 73 Incharge DCRB and HHC Virender Singh No. 555 Traffic Clerk who were got trained in SCRB Shimla during recent past will man this counter in our district.
