CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATON

1        Case FIR No. 186/13  dated 29/12/13 U/S 451, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on  the   complaint of  Sh. Budhi  Devi W/O Sh. Devi Ram  R/O  Kanda P.O. Pressi  Distt. Mandi(H.P.)  that   Het Ram S/O Dhari Ram  resident of same locality  entered in the courtyard of her house and  beat her up and  also threatened  with dire consequence. HC  Bhal Chand  I/O of PP Pangna  is  investigating the case 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2        Case FIR No. 187/13 dated 29/12/13 U/S  341, 323, IPC has  been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  Sh. Het Ram S/O Sh.  Dhari Ram R/O Kanda P.O. Pressi Distt. Mandi (H.P.)   when he was going to his home ,in mean time  ParmaNand S/O Sh.  Devi Ram resident of same locality obstruct his way and beat him up.  ASI Amarnath I/C  of P.P. Pangna is investigating the case .

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

3        Case FIR No. 337/13 dated 28/12/13 U/S 454, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Champa Devi W/O Sh. Dault Ram R/O Nerdhangu P.O. Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 28/12/13 at about 1PM when she was present on the roof of her house ,in mean time  some unknown person stole away golden ornaments and Rs. 45000-/- by breaking  the lock of the Almirah. ASI Rajesh Kumar  I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case .

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 338/13 dated 28/12/13 U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the  complaint of  Sh. Manik S/O Sh.  Nimo Lal R/O Mobadi PO Dhantula Tehsil Bahadar Ganj Distt. Kishan Ganj (U.P.) that on 27/12/13  at about  7:30 PM when he was present  near Kansa Chowk, in mean time unknown vehicle came rashly and hit Sh. Upender Kumar  and Upender  sustained injuries. SI  Chanchal Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigiatng the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

5        Case FIR No. 339/13  dated 28/12/13 U/S  451, 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Dinesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Shankar Dass R/O Serla Khabu P.O. Thinagalu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P) that on 27/12/13  at about 7PM when he was going to his home and reached near  Serla Khabu, in mean time  HansRaj and  Tek Chand  came there and obstruct his way and beat him up. After some time, both of the above person   again  entered in the courtyard of his house and beat him up.  HC  Lal Singh No. 80 I/O of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case .

 

CHALLAN

6        125 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
