CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 326/13 dated 24/12/13 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Pritam Chand S/O Sh. Ishwar Dass R/O Vill. Talao PO Fatehpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/12/13 at about 6.30 PM a M/Cycle met with an accident near Nalta and a person died on the spot and sustained injuries. ASI Desh Raj I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE UNDER PREVENTION OF MALPRACTICES AT UNIVERSITY, BOARD OR OTHER SPECIFIED EXAMINATION ACT
2. Case FIR No. 285/13 dated 24/12/13 U/S 7 of mal practices act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Lalit Goel, Examination Superintendent of Centre No. 2 of Govt. Polytechnic College Sundernagar that on 24/12/13 during the course of examination Hans Raj S/O Sh. Ramesh Guleria having Roll No. E851419 of 4th Semester of Electrical Engineering ran away with his answer sheet. ASI Prakash Chand I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3. 71 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 4800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 7 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
