CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT
- Case FIR No. 280/13 dated 15/12/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rupender Kumar S/O SH. Gian Singh VPO Baggi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/12/13 near patrol pump at Salah a car driver along with another person obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Tek Chand No. 3 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
- Case FIR NO. 281/13 dated 16/12/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sant Ram R/O Vill. Salah H. No. 37 PO Chatrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/12/13 a truck (HP11-6756) came very rashly from and hit his car (HP31C-6022) and he sustained injuries. HC Tek Chand No. 3 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF NO-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT
- Case FIR No. 292/13 dated 15/12/13 U/S 174A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Nirmal Singh No. 45 Incharge P.O. Cell P.S. Sadar Mandi that he along with other police officials were succeeded to arrest accused Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. HAru Ram R/O Banyur PO Padhiyun Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) who was wanted in case FIR No. 504/02 dated 14/11/02 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC and declared P.O. on 20/10/12 by the LD court of JMIC Court No. IV. HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

61 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11000/- was recovered under M.V. Act during last 24 hours.
