CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

  1. Case FIR No. 184/13 dated 22/12/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Deep Chand S/O Sh. Lakhu Ram R/O Vill. Bhajrala PO Matroo Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/12/13 he along with his family members take lift in a maruti car (HP29A-5702) and when said car reached near Bajgar Khud, driver of said car lost control over it and rolled down from the road and they all sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT, MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION

  1. Case FIR No. 293/13 dated 23/12/13 U/S 341, 323,336,427, 504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Rool Lal S/O Sh. Hem Singh R/O Vill. Khohgaon PO Baloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi  (HP) that today Pawan Kumar, Yesh Pal and Keetu S/O Sudan Ram H. No. 72 ward No. 1 Jawaharnagar Mandi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Bhup Singh No. 870 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, THEFT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

  1. Case FIR No. 322/13 dated 22/12/13 U/S 147,149,447,379,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kranti Devi W/O Sh. Rajender Pal R/O Vill. Kuther PO Dev Bararta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/12/13 Karam Dei, Yog Raj, Raj Kumar, Raj Kumari, Sarla Devi, Anil Kumar, Sanjay Kumar and Abhishek Kumar all resident of village Kuther entered in her fields and cut away the grass from her land. ASI Rakesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

  1. Case FIR No. 331/13 dated 22/12/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Lalit Kumar S/O Late Sh. Devi Singh R/O Vill. Satoh PO Rajgarh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/12/13 a tractor hit his motor cycle and he sustained injuries. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S.Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

  1. 56 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7500/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
