Kanwar Singh R/O Barchwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that on 30/12./13 at 8.30 AM When he was present in the courtyard of his house , in mean time Rattan Chand, Jamana Devi & Rakesh Kumar all the resident of same locality came in the courtyard of his house and beat him up. Mandi (H.P.) that on 31/12/13 at about 9 AM when he was present at Badanu, in mean time a car No. (HP12C-7954) came rashly and fell down downward from the road and two person who were boarded in the vehicle sustained injuries. Mandi (H.P.) that on 31/12/13 at about 08:45 AM vehicle No.(HP 65-2141) hit his nephew near Galu. HC Lal Singh No. 80 of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I/O of PS Balh is investigating the case.
