CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
Case FIR No. 329/13 daed 19/12/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Devi Ram S/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O Vill. Satoh PO Rajgarh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/12/13 a pickup (HP65-2459) came very rashly and hit his uncle Sh. Khem Singh who sustained injuries. ASI Saheb Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
113 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8900/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
