CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

  1. Case FIR No. 95/13 dated 09/12/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. RajKumar S/O Sh. Rewat Ram R/O Vill. Baldhar PO Batheri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/12/13 Denny along with his two friends obstructed his way along with his friend and beat him up. HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

  1. Case FIR No. 308/13 dated 10/12/13 U/S 147,149,451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Bidhi Chand R/O Vill. Sakoh PO Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/12/13 Rajeev Kumar, Deepu, Rulia Ram, Mool Raj, Shyam Lal and Rejender entered in his shop and beat him up. ASI Desh Raj I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, ASSAULT, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

  1. Case FIR No. 309/13 dated 10/12/13 U/S 341,355,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Mool Raj S/O Sh. Ram Nath R/O VPO Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/12/13 Rajesh and Vipin Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. SI (Prob.) Anil Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCINDENT

  1. Case FIR No. 134/13 dated 09/12/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Padam Dev S/O Sh. Paushu Ram R/O Vill. Janot PO Sangal Badha Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/12/13 a car (HP01K-1057) came from Bhulah side towards Janjehali very rashly and negligently and fell down about 225 meters downward and Sh. Sita Ram S/O Sh. Parma Ram R/O Vill. Joka Nullah PO Shankar Dehra Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi died on the spot and driver of said vehicle Keshar Singh S/O Sh. Inder Singh R/O Majhkhal PO Jarol sustained injuries. HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

  1. 118 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 18,200/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 4  challan was  issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
