CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 179/13 dated 06/12/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by SI Yog Raj I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that on 06/12/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 20 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O Darat Bagla PO Jelpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Yog Raj I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

   CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 271/13 dated 07/12/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Ganga Ram S/O Late Sh. Thalia Ram R/O Vill. Manjhkhetar PO Taleli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/12/13 a vehicle (HP31B-1646) fell down from the road and all occupants of said vehicles sustained injuries. HC Hem Raj No. 19 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

   CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 302/13 dated 06/12/13 U/S 147,149,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint o Sh. Ayush Thakur S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Simbal Kothi PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt.Mandi (HP) that on 16/12/13 Rohit and Anil along with other 5 boys beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Suresh Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

   CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 287/13 dated 06/12/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Pal S/O Late Sh. Shyam Lal R/O Vill. Roparu PO Nasloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Vinod Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Kamal Singh No. 79 I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

5. 88 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 7 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
