CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 181/13 dated 12/12/13 U/S 18,20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Gulab Singh I.O. of  P.S. Karsog that on 12/12/13 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Nehra (Bhanthal) and during the course of nakka he recovered 3 grams cannabis (charas) and 400 grams poppies from the possession of Ramesh Kumar, Sandel Singh and Tula Ram resident of Tehsil Karsog. ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karaog is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 325/13 dated 13/12/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Rattan Chand S/O Sh. Kalu Ram R/O Vill. Chowki Chandrahan PO Riyur Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/12/13 Pappy and his father Teju R/O Chowkichandrahan  obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

    

   CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 323/13 dated 12/12/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Rajender Kumar R/O Vill. Chakkar PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/12/13 a truck (HP72-2481) hit their  M/Cycle (HP33C-5531) and he along with Akshya Kumar sustained injuries.    

    

   CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 289/13 dated 13/12/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Rajni Thkur W/O Sh. Sanjeev Kumar R/O Sihanal PO Bijani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/12/13 a bus (HP42-0831) came very rashly from Kataula side and hit a person namely Aditya. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 32 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 311/13 dated 12/12/13 U/S 325,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kaushlya Devi W/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Vill. Garauru PO Rissa Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that her brother-in-law Om Chand beat her and her son Lucky Kumar. ASI Suresh  Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CHALLAN

1. 122 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 18,650/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
