CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF
1. Case FIR No. 98/13 dated 01/12/13 U/S 447,427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Premi Devi W/O Late Sh. Sunku Ram R/O Harwani PO Upper Behali Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that about 5-6 months ago Basakhu Ram, Ganga Devi entered along with their family members in her land cut down two tress which are lying on the spot. ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
2. 88 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 10 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
