CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND   INTIMIDATION

 

1          Case FIR No. 95/15 dated 22/10/15  U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC  has been registered  in P.S. Padhar on  the complaint of Sh. Sanjay  Kumar S/O  Late. Sh. Youv Raj R/O  Vill. Tip  PO  Padhar Tehsil  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  22/10/15  Yashwant Singh resident of  the same locality  obstructed  him and beat him up and  he sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal  No. 867 I.O. of P.S. Padhar  is investigating the case.

2          Case FIR No. 136/15 dated 22/10/15 U/S  341, 323, 506  IPC  has been registered in  P.S. Karsog   on the complaint of  Sh. Amar Singh  S/O Sh. Sahi Ram R/O   Ghalog PO  Kao Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 22/10/15  Nitya  Nand  obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. ASI  Bhom Prakesh I.O. of  P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

3        Case FIR No. 260 /15 dated 23/10/15 U/S 341,323,427.504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar, on the complaint  of Sh. Mukesh Kumar S/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Thathar PO Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/10/15 at about 7:30 PM he along with his friend were  going  to home  in the mean time Diwan Raghaw obstructed  their way and beat  them up and they sustained injuries and  also  threatened  them   with dire consequences . ASI Rajender Thakur I/C of  PP Slapper is investigating the case.

4          Case FIR No. 262 /15 dated 23/10/15 U/S 341,323, IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar, on the complaint  of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sonkiya Ram R/O Snoh P.O. Kangoo Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  23/10/15   Prem Chand S/O Beli Ram R/O Snoh obstruct his way and beat him up. He sustained  injuries. HC Prabhakar Ram I/O of  PP Dehar is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

5          165 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 19300/- was recovered and 08 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered and 04 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7400/- was recovered during  last 24 hours.
