CASE OF  FOREST ACT

1          Case FIR No. 163/15 dated 28/10/15 U/S  379 IPC & U/S  41, 42 Indian  Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by  ASI  Bodh Singh that on 27/10/15  he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials  at  Ganai and during  the course of  checking of   Jeep   (HP30-3980)   he recovered  24 logs of Deodar  from  the  possession of  Diwan Chand  S/O Sh. Chandermani R/O  Kurar PO  Jahal Tehsil  Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP)  .  AS I  Bodh Raj   I.O. of  P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

2          Case  FIR No. 262/15  dated 27/10/15 U/S 452, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sarkaghat on  the complaint of  Smt. Sunita Devi W/O Sh.  Santosh Kumar  R/O  Hawani PO  Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi  (HP)  that on 27/10/15  his sister-in-law namely   Preet Bala& brother-in-law  Prem Singh  entered in her courtyard and  beat her up  and  also  threatened with dire consequences.  HC Kamal Kant   No. 860  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

3          Case  FIR No. 260/15 dated 27/10/15  U/S  20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar   by ASI  Ram Lal  I/C of PP City  Mandi  that on 27/10/15  he laid a nakka  alongwith other police officials  at Purani Mandi  and  during the  course of  nakkabandi  he recovered  1 Kg  Charas ( Cannabis)  from the possession of   Sunder Singh  S/O Sh. Pama Ram  R/O  Rakchui  PO  Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi    (HP) 30 years old   &  Dheminder  Singh  S/O Sh. Dault   Ram  R/O  Chattron PO  Jachh Tehsil Chachiot  Distt. Mandi (HP)  38 years old.   Above said accused have been arrested and  further investigation is being  carried  out by  ASI  Ram Lal  I/C of PP  City  Mandi .

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4          Case FIR No. 262/15 dated 28/10/15 U/S 341, 323, 324  IPC has been  registered in P.S.  Sadar on  the complaint of Sh.  Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Rattan R/O House No.  250/4  Suhara Muhalla  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  today   he  alongwith  his brother  Vijay Kumar  were  coming to his home  from DAV  School  Khaliyar and when  they reached near  Girl School  Mandi , in the mean time   4   persons  namely  Inder  Singh ,  Kundan Lal , Om Parkash &  Madan Lal  all the resident of   Gharan came  there and  obstructed    their way and   beat   him alongwith his  brother  and they both sustained injuries.  HC  Inder Singh  No. 7  I.O. of PP City  Mandi is investigating  the case.

  

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5         Case FIR  No. 261/15  dated  28/10/15  U/S 279 , 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  on  the complaint of Smt. Jaiwanti W/O Sh. Krishan  Singh R/O  Bhoran PO  Chowk  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP)   that on 27/10/15   she was  coming to Mandi   from her native  village  Bhron by  Car  which was  driven by   Krishan  Chand  . At about 10 :30  PM  when they reached near Rani-Ki- Bain, in the mean  time  driver of said car lost the control   upon the  vehicle due to rash  driving  and  hit  the Tipper (HP33-6946) and   she , her husband , daughter-in-law  and said    Car  driver sustained injuries in this mishap.  ASI  Chattar Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6          Case FIR No. 116/15 dated 27/10/15 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sunder Lal  S/O Sh. Paras Ram  R/O  Rangra PO   Kateru  Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 27/10/15  he was present at Kateru, in the mean time  a Car (HP32-6565)  which was  driven by  Sharan Dass  S/O Sh.  Paras  Ram  R/O  Pourakothi ,came rashly from Kateru toward Paurakothi   and  fell  down  at about  150 feet  downward from the road .  ASI  Shiv  Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

7          Case FIR  No. 139/15 dated 27/10/15  U/S  279, 337  & U/S  304 (A)  IPC has been  registered in P.S.   Karsog  by HC  Tej Singh  No. 55  I.O. of P.S. Karsog  that  a telephonic information  received in P.S. Karsog  about the  incident of accident  he rushed to  spot and  found that  a Car(HP33-ET-9542)  fell down  at about 60/70  feet downward from the road . In this mishap  driver  Bhag Chand  S/O Sh. Amar Singh ,  Reena  Devi  W/O Sh. Maheshwar Singh,  Ritik S/O Sh.  Amar  Singh ,  Jiya Lal  S/O Sh.  Amar Singh all the resident of  R/O  Bahi  PO   Pangna Tehsil  Karsog  Distt. Mandi  sustained injuries  &  Maheshwer  Singh  S/O Sh.  Bhag  Chand    resident of the same locality  was declared  brought died  by MO  CH   Karsog .  HC Tej Singh  No. 55   I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

8        110  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 11,700/- was recovered and 7 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered and 2 Challan were  issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 11,200 /-  was recovered during last 24 hours.
