1 Case FIR No. 162/15 dated 26/10/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Veena Devi W/O Sh. Ved Ram R/O Balon PO Banjar Distt. Kullu at present C/O Sh. Mohar Singh R/O Haleen PO Jarol Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/10/15 Lovely @ Nini W/O Hans Raj and Ishwar Chand S/O Veer Chand both are resident of R/O Haleen PO Jarol Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed her way and beat her up and also threatened her with dire consequences. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 259/15 dated 26/10/15 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Megh Chand S/O Late. Sh. Sewak Ram R/O Kot PO Sadyana Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/11/15 when he was going to his home alongwith family members, in the mean time Lahasnu Ram came alongwith his son namely Balak Ram, obstructed their way and beat him up & his family members and also threatened them with dire consequences. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 69 I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 121/15 dated 26/10/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Harbansh Singh S/O Sh. Thakur Singh R/O Panarsa Sub- Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/10/15 Sh. Karam Chand S/O Sh. Surat Ram R/O Thardu Khod was crossing the road at Panarsa, in the mean time an unknown vehicle came rashly from Mandi side and hit to Karam Chand and sped away from the spot. ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4 Case FIR No. 122/15 dated 27/10/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Purshottam Ram S/O Sh. Tek Ram R/O Tipridhar PO Sainj Sub- Tehsil Sainaj P.S. Bhuntar Distt. Kullu (HP) that on 26/10/15 he alongwith Niku Ram resident of the same locality were coming from Kullu and when they reached near at Banala NH-21 , in the mean time a Bus(PB12Q-9964) came rashly from Mandi side and hit to Niku Ram and sustained injuries . ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENT ACT
5 Case FIR No. 138/15 dated 27/10/15 U/S 279, 337, 304 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by HC Tej Singh No. 55 I.O. of P.S. Karsog that a telephonic information received in P.S. Karsog about the incident of accident. On this he rushed to the spot and found that a Car (HP 30-3716) fell down about 300/400 Mtrs downwards from the road. In this mishap driver of said car Sh. Dola Ram S/O Sh. Vidya Dhar R/O Brahman R/O Garyala PO Maindhi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 41 years old along with other two occupants Sh. Puna Ram S/O Sh. Koltu 48 years old & Miss Minakhi @ Rina D/O Sh. Hem Raj 18 years old both are resident of R/O Garyala were declared brought died by the M.O. of C.H. Karsog and another occupant namely Babita D/O Dole Ram resident of the same locality aged 21 years old referred to IGMC Shimla for treatment. HC Tej Singh No. 55 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No. 286/15 dated 26/10/15 U/S 341, 323, 506, 427 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Maheshwar Singh R/O VPO Kummi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/10/15 he was coming to home by his car, in the mean time Chamaru & Nittu Ram beat him up and also broke the front glass of his car . HC Raj Mal No. 875 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
7 Case FIR No. 264 /15 dated 26/10/15 U/S 498(A), 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bandana Kumari W/O Sh. Parkash R/O Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married with Parkash. But after some time of her marriage her husband & father-in-law Budhi Singh started to harass her physically and mentally as well as by demanding dowry and also threatened her with dire consequences . ASI Balak Ram I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
8 Case FIR No. 265/15 dated 27/10/15 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bhupender Singh S/O Sh. Gokal Chand R/O Seri Kothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/10/15 Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Tulsi Dass resident of the same locality beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Rajender Thakur I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
9 172 were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 15,900/- was recovered and 06 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
