CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS

1. Case FIR No. 155/15 dated 17/10/2015 U/S 452 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Devi Singh S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Vill. Tharjun PO Kelodhar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that Yash Pal S/O Sh. Jindu Ram R/O Vill. Tharjun PO Kelodhar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in his and restraint to him illegally. HC Krishan Pal No. 13 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT, CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 94/15 dated 18/10/2015 U/S 323,451,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Maya Ram S/O Late Sh. Manglu Ram R/O Vill. Tikkan PO Thaltukhod Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/10/2015 Lal Singh S/O Sh. Sangra Ram RT/O Vill. Mathyana PO Badhan Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in his shop and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 255/15 dated 18/10/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Madhu Devi W/O Sh. Basant Singh R/O Vill. Satahan PO Lagdhar Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/10/2015 she was going to her home by HRTC bus (HP65-4637) along with her mother Shakuntla Devi and brother Shashi and when they reached near village Kushmal driver of said bus lost control over it and hit said bus with a tipper which was coming from opposite side and in this incident her mother and brother sustained injuries. ASI Ashok Kumar Incharge P.P. Kotli is investigating the case.

CASE OF WRONGFUL RESTRAINT, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 255/15 dated 18/10/2015 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Balak Ram S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Vill. Ghaur PO Salwana Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/10/2015 he was going to his home and when he reached near Salwana, in the mean time Lal Man S/O Sh. Dharam Singh R/O Ghaur obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Brij Lal Incharge P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 162/15 dated 18/10/2015 U/S 324 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Akshay Thakur S/O Sh. Subhash Thakur R/O Vill. Gora Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 17-18/10/2015 on the occasion of marriage ceremony of his elder brother,  Sahil S/O Sh. Kehar Singh R/O Vill. Drovchanu Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) hit him with grip and he sustained injuries. HC Anil Kumar I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

6. Case FIR No. 163/15 dated 18/10/2015 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sahil S/O Sh. Kehar Singh R/O Vill. Drovchanu Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 17-18/10/2015 Labbu, Shanti, Kamal, Sunny all are resident of village Gora Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Anil Kumar I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7. Case FIR No. 279/15 dated 17/10/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Rattan Chand S/O Late Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Nerchowk Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/10/2015 bike (HP33B-1514) came very rashly from Bhangrotu side and hit him and he sustained injuries. HC Dharmender No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

8. 242 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 44,400/-   was recovered and 12  Challans were issued under COTPA Act  & fine of Rs.1200/- was recovered under  COTPA   during   last 24 hours.
