CASE OF FOREST ACT

1          Case FIR No. 147/15 dated 09/10/15U/S 379, 34,IPC  & U/S  41, 42  of Indian Forest Act  has been registered in  P.S.  Gohar  by  ASI  Jeet  Singh  I/C of PP  Janjehli  that on 09/10/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at Barandad and  during the course of checking of   a   Jeep Mahindra(HP35-0356) &  Tipper (HP06A-1546)  he recovered 34 slipper of  Deodar   from   said  both  vehicles having estimated  cost Rs. 1,63,760/- .  ASI  Jeet Singh  I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2          Case FIR No. 115/15 dated 09/10/15 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Sh.  Sahil  Patiyal S/O Sh. Anil  Patiyal R/O  Karari PO  Sidhyot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi  (HP)  that today he was  going towards Kullu  by his  Motor Cycle (HP28-7942) , in the mean time a Car (HP31A-6327) came rashly from Kullu side and  hit to another Motor Cycle(HP34B-6348) . Two person who  were boarded  on said Motor Cycle sustained  injuries.  HC  Yoginder Pal  No. 39  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

3          Case FIR  No. 245/15 dated 10/10/15  U/S 363  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh  S/O Sh.  Dole Ram R/O  Maslogi P.O.  Gharan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  his son namely  Vinod  Kumar (17 years old) is  missing since  21/09/15  and   he searched his son  everywhere but  all in  vain   and  he suspect that  someone kidnapped his son.  ASI  Hem Raj   I/C of  PP  Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

 

4          Case FIR No. 269/15 dated 09/10/15 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sant Ram  S/O Sh. Tayina Ram  R/O Nalsar PO  Rajgarh Tehsil Balh Distt.  Mandi (HP)  that on 09/10/15  he was  present in his shop at Nalsar , in the mean time    two  Motor Cycles (HP33B-7119) & (HP31-8508)  collided  with each other  and a lady  namely  Fulmu Devi  W/O  Late. Sh. Ram  Chander R/O  Darbathu PO  Lohara Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi  who was walking alongside the road  sustained injuries.  Si  Kuldeep  Chand  I.O. of   P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

 

5          Case FIR No. 270/15 dated 10/10/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.   Balh on the complaint of Smt.   Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Prem Singh  R/O  Sarsyalu PO  Gurkatha Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 10/10/15  Dhameshwar, Paras Ram &  Rinku  beat her alongwith her husband and they  sustained injuries.  ASI  Ashwani  Kumar I.O. of PP  Rewalsar is  investigating the case.

CASE OF ( ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES ACT)

6          Case FIR No. 124/15 dated 09/10/15  U/S 3, 7 of  Essential  Commodities Act  has been registered in P.S. Karsog  by  SI  Sunil  Kumar  SHO of P.S. Karsog  that  he   was on patrolling  and  during the  patrolling he  recovered  150  Ltrs.   Diesel  &  20  Ltrs.  Patrol  from the  shop of  Tulsi Ram  S/O Sh.  Balak Ram R/O  Narahan PO  Teban Tehsil  Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI Sunil Kumar SHO of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

7          Case FIR No. 252/15 dated 09/10/15  U/S  279, 337  IPC  & U/S 187  MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Aman Kumar S/O Sh. Rajender Singh   VPO  Chhadol  Tehsil   & Distt.  Bilaspur  (HP) that on 09/10/15  when he was going to his home  from Sundernagar by  his   Car( HP33ET-9497) , in the mean time  a Auto Riksha came rashly from Mandi side   and hit his said  Car  and also hit another person who was   standing near his  Car. HC  Tek Chand  No. 03  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8          Case FIR No. 252/15 dated 10/10/15 U/S  452, 323, 504, 506 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt.  Nirmla Devi  W/O Sh. Subhash Chand  R/O  Thured PO  Bhaderwar Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 09/10/15 Daya Ram  S/O Sh. Param Dev , Anant Ram,  Parmar & Chabi  Ram entered in his courtyard ,  beat him up and also threatened with dire consequences.  ASI  Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkahgat is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

9          Case FIR No. 103/15 dated 09/10/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered  in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar  by ASI  Ram Lal   that on  09/10/15  he was on patrolling alongwith other  police officials  and during the course of patrolling  he recovered  4 Ltrs. Illicit  Liquor & 8 Kg.  Lahan from the possession of   Sarwan  Kumar S/O  Late. Sh. Chitter Ram  R/O  Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Ram Lal  I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING  WAY, HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

10          Case FIR No. 158/15 dated 09/10/15 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Pardeep Katoch S/O Sh. Prithi Chand  R/O  Kandral Tehsil Baijnath Distt. Kangra (HP) that on 09/10/15  he was coming to his home by Car(HP34B-0932)  and when reached near   Gurudwara (JNR) in the mean time  Suresh Kumar  S/O Sh. Hari Singh  R/O  Jimjima Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  came alongwith unknown  person,  obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequences.  HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 58  I.O. of P.S.  Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

11    195  Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 27,400/- was recovered and 11 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered and  1 Challan was  recovered  under Mining Act  and  fine of Rs. 4000/- was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
